I called 1.5 weeks ago and spoke to Rosie (Rose) for some help with an Estate account and some personal questions and was told I would get a call back within 24-48 hours from the CPA. I called back after that period and was told the same thing. I just called again today and was told the CPA is out of the office for the next 2 days.....No service = BAD SERVICE

This amazing group has saved me twice from major mistakes I had made doing my own taxes. Geoffrey handled my first case and Megan handled my second mishap. They are both professional and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Rosy was a pleasure to talk to and helped me sort out all the paperwork I needed to bring in. They solved all my problems and I’m forever grateful for their help!
