A real shame when the business model is to push products you don’t need instead of offering honest advice to help you learn and solve your pool maintenance issues.I’m retired from the maintenance side of the industry and hear flat out lies while I wait to pay for my chorine.

Went to this Leslie’s today and the manager (Ann F) tried to sell me Nophos. I politely told her that I’ve read that it’s not really important as long as the chemicals are balanced. She began to call me a flat earther because I believe everything I read online. So unprofessional. Definitely contacting the company about her.Oh and before I left she told me to read Leslie’s blog on phosphates….Like that wouldn’t be biased . I told her she was a great employee tho, pushing the companies sales pitch.

Super disappointed with this company. They don't stand behind their products and when the product I bought broke (after less than a year) they told me it was all my fault. Not the product I paid hundreds of dollars for. No it was my fault. Entirely. The bad news is I feel ripped off but the (very) good news is I never have to spend another dollar of my hard earned money with this company. I'm done. Buyer beware.

Ordered pool from in store and paid for it then went the order shipped they charged me again had to make more then 10 phone calls to clear up the matter to get my second payment refund. Then when pool installer showed up they was several pieces missing. Call corporate once again to get parts sent they would not send the parts overnight shipping so now I have to wait once again 7 days to get missing part. I will never never buy anything from this company. And the prices in there store for supplies are double the price you can buy at Home Depot for half the price. Never going to buy from them again and I will let everyone know how much trouble this place has been

Has all your pool needs here and Ann is an expert in all things pool. She's not looking to over sell you but will make suggestions on things to buy and not waste your money on. If you need your water tested they are also experts and will give great recommendations. Give them you business if your locals.

Horrible on ordering online, gives delivery dateon jacuzzi lid and way off on the delivery date and will not refund order...STAY AWAY!!!!
