Customer service was horrible. I was not greeted or said anything to the whole time I was there besides the one time I asked a question on help figuring out my size and got a smart ass response…probably one of the only times I’ve ever wanted help at a store and was extremely disappointed. Needless to say I left without buying anything after going in the dressing rooms 3 times trying to figure out my sizing

The Levi's store had a good sale I guess. I did not see any discount. The price was raise significantly to make the sale appear more beneficial. What reason would a person living in Jacksonville, Florida Choose to surright all the way down to saint augustine, florida, for the same prices that they can get at a regular store?

OUTSTANDING customer service with EVERY visit! I visit this store at least once a month. I feel like a “celebrity” when I walk in bead the warm, upbeat welcome! It’s the SAME welcoming feeling EVERY TIME! I plan to visit again this weekend!!!! Kudos to Levi’s for hiring such a PHENOMENAL team!!!

I wish I could say I had a great experience at this Levi’s store, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Despite multiple associates standing around chatting, not one acknowledged me or offered assistance. When I finally asked for help, the response was cold and dismissive—like I was inconveniencing them just by being there.
Meanwhile, I couldn’t help but notice other customers being treated much differently—greeted warmly, assisted promptly, and even engaged in friendly conversation. It was a stark contrast to the way I was treated, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I came in excited to shop, but I left frustrated and disappointed. Levi’s is an iconic brand, but experiences like this make me question whether my business is even valued here. Customer service should be for everyone, and sadly, that was not my experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I sincerely hope management takes a hard look at how customers are being treated.

Terrible experience starting with the manager Natalie . Lady has no customer service skills my wife was paying for 2 pairs jeans , we ended up returning them due to poor customer service skills and rudeness of this manager . We love Levi’s brand rather shop online 🙏

I have been at this location several times. It’s always very clean and organized. The good sales are hit and miss. If you time your visit you could get some really good deals. The staff is friendly and helpful. They can help find you jeans that fit you well. Overall I’d recommend this location.

I went in yesterday to make a return and it was literally right at open. Isabella was there and, to be honest, had such a welcoming demeanor to her. She wanted to make sure I didn't want to exchange or get anything else but she also helped me understand how the jeans I was looking for, which they didn't have (510s) could be ordered by her.
Amazing to have someone ready to go right at the open of the store (not common). Isabella is crushing it, give her a raise! Appreciate ya, will be back for sure!

Went Sunday exchange some shorts for my granddaughter Online says closes 7. Arrived 5:55 to locked door. Girl opened at 6:01 and said they close at 6. Poor. Poor

Not enough styles for women, longer jean jackets would be nice. Large assortment of male clothing, prices were reasonable.
