I've lived in the area for about 15 years . Have used 3 different laundromats. I like this the best, it's very spacious, cozy, comfortable. I never had a problem with any of the machines, there are always lots of machines in available, you have a big choice of which one to use. Looking back, it seems their machine has more water when washing, for a cleaner wash and rinse.
It cost a buck more but it's worth that and more. Give it a try.

Basically clean if you aren't looking for dirt. Open a machine and you'll see all kinds of grime. MOST EXPENSIVE laundromat I have ever used. The cold water must be out because my cold wash came out HOT- and yes I double checked the temperature.

We use this laundromat when we are down in St. Augustine because of how clean and well kept the machines are. This trip down, the name has changed and so has the up keep on the machines. Most are gross inside the detergent dispenser and quite a few were out of order. The cost of use has also gone up. I will be looking for a better place to do our laundry the next time we visit the area.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for over 3 years. For the most part I have a good experience and everything works well and it’s clean. I’m only leaving two stars (it would be 5) because of the customer service. The very few times I’ve had issues with a machine and needed help the shorter older lady in particular has always been very rude and acts as if she doesn’t want to be bothered. On multiple occasions she has been condescending as well enough for me not to want to come back so when I’m there I usually try and avoid her. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place so it’s disappointing. But for the most part the other staff are nice and helpful.

Great place to do laundry. It's air-conditioned and there's an attendant who will trade quarters for your bills.

Well priced and clean.
However, the owner will personally keep any money that falls on the ground or is misplaced! Beware!!!
I had found a $20 bill on the bathroom floor, being a honest person, I turned it into the owner in case someone came looking for it... That is when I found out that they would NOT return it back to the one who found it, but pocket it for themselves.
Be careful out there folks, it's not what it seems at times.

In response to their response, the worker clearly told me she called the owner, and the owner said she personally needed the money and would give me $5 of it. The response from the business was not true! I am glad they returned the money to the rightful owner, but I would NOT lie and make things up here! What I said was EXACTLY what was told me.

I just used their “wash & fold” service for the first time and I must say that I am extremely impressed. I had about 50LBS of laundry and the lady that works there, I believe her name is Debbie, finished it all within three hours. All of the stains are out of my clothes, they are wrinkle free, and she even hung up my work uniforms without asking. I will most definitely use their services again.
