Chaz is fantastic. He is thorough, honest, and a very good communicator. His knowledge around not only real estate, but the trades needed to rehab a place, is very apparent. He’s very well connected in the St Augustine area and is willing to help his clients after the deal is done.

Chaz is a professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly realtor. He is also very responsive and helpful. He helped me to find a renter last year and the tenant that he found has been wonderful and always pays the rent on time. Chaz did all the paperwork and wrote up the leases for me for 2 years, which has saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend his services!

As out-of-town buyers, we appreciated Chaz’s vast knowledge of properties in the area. He was very responsive to texts and calls throughout the process and arranged for us to see numerous condos on our list during our short time in St. Augustine. He worked closely with the seller’s realtor to make sure the inspection “asks” were taken care of as quickly as possible and checked on the property frequently to verify quality of work being completed. Chad went “above and beyond” to help us acquire our new vacation home!

Chaz is hands down the BEST realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He came highly recommended from my coworker and I won’t bother using anyone else but Chaz going forward. He was incredibly professional but also very friendly. Though this was my first time meeting him, he made me feel as if I’d known him my whole life. Chaz takes excellent care of his tenants and provides outstanding customer service and property management. When my water heater broke, he gave it first priority even though I told him not to stress. He arranged for quick troubleshooting and contractor coordination and had the problem fixed fast, with minimal impact to me and to my landlord. He's extremely responsive, courteous, and proactive, and he treats the people and properties in his care with respect. Thank you Chaz!
