The ordering process went very well. The delivery process was quite different. The person delivering the walker rolled it into my garage and handed me the delivery slip to sign without one word of instructions on its care or operation. He seemed annoyed when I ask a couple questions

Taking care of one’s health as we age is no easy task. The folks at Lincare in St Augustine introduced me to something I find lacking nowadays in healthcare, sincerity, authenticity and caring. The clinic has wonderful people who work there. I finally received my CPAP machine today. It’s been a challenge fulfilling all the steps insurance requires. I needed to make many follow up calls and each and every time, Melissa or Dawn were always so helpful, reassuring and supportive as we navigated the process of clearing insurance to receive my CPAP machine today. Today with the respiratory technician, Nancy Montegue, I was able to review my new machine, learn all the details and learn the set up, and how this operates for my best advantage. Nancy was very clear and complete in making me understand what I needed to do to operate my new CPAP machine. Thank you Lincare.

Lincare Oxygen Supply Company is one organization that I HIGHLY Recommend for any Respiratory Needs. We have been customers since December 2023. The staff have been very helpful and supportive, they ask all the right questions to anticipate any needs for their clients. From the office , Melissa and Other staff , they are knowledgeable about their products and services. Then there’s Chris, who delivers the products, from oxygen tanks, supplies and other respiratory equipment, he is dependable and willing to help in anyway. Chris is an excellent asset for Lincare, he’s the person who is on the front line. His knowledge and gentle demeanor are very helpful for the patients he delivers to. Five Star Company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
