Jens is a master and the man saved me $3500. I took my GL350 to another mechanic who said I needed a new torque converter and possible transmission rebuild that would cost a minimum of $4k. Jens said NOPE, it likely just needed a good flush and new transmission fluid. Damn if he was not right and it saved me thousands---only cost $600 and my car is running great. The man is gold and is now my new mechanic for all things Mercedes. PLEASE DO NOT RETIRE anytime soon Jens!

Poor.
Had his labor rate as $80/hr on his website. He needs to change this.
told me it was $135, which is ok. Asked him about putting on headers to my car, quoted the time in ASRA at which point he says he "doesn't do that"
It's like every Florida yokel wants to make $200/hr, without the skillset to warrant it.

Had a check engine light pop up in my 2012 c350 and brought it over because I heard really good things about the shop. The owner is really friendly and straightforward! His pricing is also absolutely fantastic as well. He was willing to send me videos of what was wrong with my car and even show me in person. Also knowing my car had an issue with my window not being properly sealed, brought my car inside the shop to prevent rain from getting in during the storm. I also asked for extra advice about some issues I wanted to fix on my own and he walked me through it. He got my car in and out quick as well. The whole ordeal was fast and efficient. I honestly can't say enough good things about him and his shop! I've never had a lot of great interactions with shops but he set a new standard that I don't think can really be beat. If I ever have another problem, I know for a fact I'm taking it back to him!

Very honest and trustworthy. Works by himself and not a large shop. Good at letting you know what's going on. Shop could use a little straightening up.

Our GLK350 had a check engine light and Jens performed a diagnostic of the problem which he said would be a great deal of work and made an honest admission that he wouldn't be able to fix it. He also said that the issue was not going to cause a larger problem with the vehicle's performance or longevity. He didn't charge us for the diagnostic, to which I felt like he was an honest businessman. We will be going back to Jens should our Benz require additional service in the future.

I recently had the displeasure of taking my car to this mechanic for some much needed repairs. From the moment I arrived, I was met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The mechanic was yelling and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him.The work he did on my car was subpar at best. When I picked up my vehicle, it was dirty, covered in grease and oil, and even had oil stains on the seats and doors. It was clear that he had rushed through the job without any regard for the condition of my car.I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone. His rude demeanor and poor quality of work make him a complete waste of time and money.The interior of my car was a complete mess. I would never recommend this mechanic to anyone. Stay far away from this place if you value your car and your sanity. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance
