Our salesperson, Anna, had an amazing capability of simply looking at us and determining what might look good as well as the correct waist and length for jeans. Her determination to insure we left happy with our purchases resulted from her professional eye and honesty. She acted very much as a personal shopper in choosing jeans, sweaters, flannels and shirts. She had no problem telling us something looked good or not which was greatly appreciated. Anna was more interested in our satisfaction than simply pushing merchandise. We will return!

I’ve been to this particular Lucky Brand store twice, and both times I was spoken to in a way that made me feel uncomfortable. Both times the other customers who entered were greeted with far more kindness. I won’t be coming back. It’s unfortunate because I love the brand.

Victoria.the salesperson. she was amazing. She spent a lot of her time helping my daughter and my wife find the perfect jeans for my daughter. In the end I think she found about eight pairs of jeans after all the time of making sure that each one fit perfectly I've never seen my daughter so happy with wonderful jeans and my wife being pleased. Great store great people great products. Definitely recommending shopping here

Honestly, I can't say enough about how great out experience was at this Lucky Brand location. The store manager, Annie is absolutely amazing. She has been with Lucky for 8 years and knows all the ins and outs of their products. My boyfriend and I were on vacation and she stayed late just to make sure we left with everything we needed before we left to go home. She even convinced my boyfriend to listen to me and stop drying his nicer T-shirts!!! Not to mention, their prices are fantastic. We left laughing and thrilled about our purchases. We will DEFINITELY be coming back when we return to St. Augustine.

Low selection on jeans (unless you like ripped up skinny jeans). And not one person greeted me when I walked into the store. Instead they spoke to the younger woman that came in right behind me because she was dressed like one of their mannequins. Came all the way from Jax & was ready to spend money here, but I took it elsewhere.
