Manning had a large in stock supply of 2.75 inch crown mould (fj pine) for 79 cents per foot. Compare Home Depot at $ 2.12 per foot. Good service. Need I say more?

Contacted Manning Building Supplies to try an purchase a replacement door - was told by the Jacksonville office I had to speak to the St Augustine office since they only deal with people with accounts called the St Augustine office and got hung up on as I was told “call back Monday it’s 4 o’clock on a Friday” they are suppose to be open until 5pm- will be taking my business elsewhere

I'm still getting my mouldings from Jacksonville because the people here are rude and unprofessional. No wonder the place is a ghost town. Too bad. I like to deal locally but I like being treated with respect more.

I contacted this company over a week ago to buy a part for a door. I left a message for " Nick " that was not returned. It took 2 days for me to get Nick on the phone. He asked that I email him pics which I did and that he would contact the manufacturer for price and availability. A week later and I have no response. My customer was able to get his own response from the manufacturer. Thanks for making me look bad. Will never use this place again.

I needed to purchase a part on a custom door. The manufacturer told me that I needed to go through one of their distributors. Contact Manning Building Supplies and was told that I need to speak with Nick. Left a message for Nick which went unanswered. 2 Days later after several phone calls I spoke with Nick who asked for pics of what I was looking for. I immediately sent the photos and waited. 7 Days later and 3 emails I have no response from Nick. In this time my customer was able to get the parts from a different source and I lost the job. Thanks for nothing Nick. Will never use this place again.

Fantastic service and quality supplies . My contractor and I ordered cypress for an indoor project from a very large lumber company in Sarasota. After 2 deliveries of sub par lumber ( mold and very high moisture content ) I finally cut ties with them and finally received my refund . Decided to go to Manning lumber , what a pleasure to deal with , from start to the delivery all top notch ! You might pay a bit less from a huge company , but you'll be treated accordingly, at Manning I was treated as a valued customer ..

My expierence at MBS was a real treat. To start with ,the employees at the front desk are fantastic and very helpful with their knowledge of lumber. Not to mention how hard the gentlemen worked to supply me with lumber all while having a smile on their face. I believe Robert was the man who helped me name. Very kind and a pleasure to do buisness with if you treat them with common courtesy .
