We have been using them for years, staff has always been great, never had a problem getting in for an appointment in a reasonable time. Nice to know you have the whole Mayo Clinic behind you, the few times we had to go to the main facility in Jacksonville the service and quality of care was seamless.

I found Dr. Elhage to not have the maturity or experience to be a doctor to anyone. Beware, if you say something and she represents it in a manner she doesn't like you will get a nasty letter from the office saying they will terminate your care. Do not go to this office. I think some doctors don't realize the research a patient does prior to being a vulnerable patient with health issues. They need to remember we are paying them. We chose them. If they violate that trust and make you vulnerable with their immaturity it's a breach of their oath.
I would also like to add they overcharge you on EVERYTHING!!! Especially labs. This clinic is in my network and after the visit I still owed over $400. Absolutely ludicrous billing. Just a follow-up visit. Talked to the doctor for no more than 10 minutes. They definitely don't have the same standards I would expect of the Mayo system. Especially since I came from Minnesota. Close to the amazing Rochester Minnesota campus.

Mayo is the BEST! They take good care of me and never have any insurance or scheduling issues

I'm really disappointed. Took my children in to establish care. They coded it for a few of the things we talked about in general, none of which were establishing care. Insurance denied it and left a little less than a 1k bill. For two well visits. It's being reviewed for codes now. Hopefully, this can go to 5 stars because the doctors are phenomenal.

Dr. Stephanie Garrison has no manners let alone bedside manner. After surviving Stage IV Cancer for 7 years, being treated in Dallas, MD Anderson (Houston, TX), Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) and moving my family from Texas to Florida to be close to Mayo Clinic Jacksonville for ongoing treatment I made the mistake of engaging Dr. Garrison at Mayo Clinic Primary Care.
I hold the entire team at Mayo Clinic in the HIGHEST regard after Mayo Clinic saved my life multiple times removing the lower portion of my right lung for Cancer, living in Rochester, MN for chemo/radiation and undergoing multiple treatments/procedures with Mayo Clinic with extreme success/satisfaction. This review should not reflect on all other Mayo Clinic employees as they are top notch and truly believe in Mayo Clinic's core value "the needs of the patient come first" (something that is felt on any/all Mayo Clinic campuses).
Dr Garrison failed to ask questions pertinent to my care, completely ignored/did not introduce herself to my caretaker (who has saved my life on multiple occasions), prescribed testing for a previously diagnossed condition, refused to obtain medical records from my primary care physician of 15 years as well as having no clue about the prescribed usage of medicinal marijuana (which I have been prescribed since being diagnossed in 2017 that had a significant impact in saving my life/helped reduce the amount of opioid pain killers prescribed). This "doctor" does not belong at Mayo Clinic where "the needs of the patient come first" but probably best with any of the many institutions that put Cancer patients on a treadmill not caring if we live or die.
What I know, after working with hundreds of surgeons, physicians, nurses, techs and other employees through multiple health systems within the United States and care from the rest of the team at Mayo I beat Stage IV Cancer. Dr. Garrison took no part in my healing/care and I would not recommend this "doctor" to anyone looking to work with a professional care provider.

Seen a specialist at Mayo clinic. Tried to follow up with primary care because the specialist said to see primary and then come back if I have any more issues.
Primary care won't see me because I'm over 45 miles away (50 miles). I live in Melrose. With all do respect most places I have to travel to get to, especially for healthcare, because we are rural. Way to say you don't care about the health of your rural patients. Guess it's a good thing I found that out now instead of going in and receiving poor care because we don't live in the city.

Rude. I need to be seen for something semi-urgent and the response was, well “add you to the list”. I’ve been declined to be helped by multiple offices now when all I’m requesting is a simple blood test. Mayo sucks.

In the two years I have been going to Mayo I have yet to meet the doctor I am assigned to. Every appointment is with a physician’s assistant. Very pushy regarding expensive procedures that are not needed like an ultrasound of sinuses for allergies.

Dr Rauschenberger has been my primary care doctor for several years now. I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness, and friendliness.

I was very surprised to see some of these reviews. I have been going to Mayo for eight years, I've yet to have a bad experience. My regular Doctor is Elizabeth Raushenberger, but I've seen others when she wasn't available. My doctors were all caring and thorough. I've never felt rushed out the door, and I love the online portal that I can go back to and remember procedures, dates, etc. I am very happy with my experiences here.

This facility is constantly overcharging me for services like wellness, which they label under a different category to get more money from my own pocket vs. insurance pay. They also lost my blood samples (?!!) that I had to redo... Anyone heard something like that even in 3-RD world counties? I had to reschedule my annual wellness exam 3 times and it was billed as regular visit at about $600 invoice. Your call if you want to use this office or not :-(
