Went to this location on 11/21/25. Beautiful store, very helpful employees, found the perfect bag to add to my collection. All of the employees were friendly and dressed so beautifully except for one employee who looked like she was wearing a pair of underwear upside down for a shirt without a bra. It was very off-putting and unprofessional looking. People should be comfortable at work but this went too far. :/

Be careful about the scams about this website, I was trying to make an order for two bags, the website crash and ordered something totally different in the website,
I talked to customer service to cancel my order and said they can not cancel it… that I need to wait for the order to come through and then they refund me my money,
Customer service is not good at all as well as the website keeps crashing. Now I have to wait, pay for shipping and send it back for refund

Never come through town without stopping. Love Michael Kors backpacks and they are always a staple and go to for my closet. Got one for only $99! Love when they have bundles and additional deals too.

I do not typically leave reviews like this however I feel it is warranted. I visited this location last Friday morning with my family, we went in the store in search of a gift. I’m going to preface this with the fact that I do not shop at MK for myself and am not familiar with their products. There were two associates along with one or two other customers.
First thing I noticed is we were not greeted when we came in. I wanted to give them the benefit as they were talking to each other when we came in.
We continued browsing and we were very impressed by the sale they were having. At one point all three of us walked right past both of the staff. Still no greeting, no how are you, no how can I help you. They carried on in their conversation talking about their personal business as they unboxed merchandise.
At this point I have decided that no matter how good the sale is I’m likely not buying anything solely because of the lack of customer service. We shopped the entire store in about 10 minutes and walked out without them uttering a single word to us.
We did however shop with two of their neighboring competitors at Coach and Kate Spade where we were greeted and treated with the utmost in customer service, we immediately were made aware of sales and the staff were available as they did their other tasks. We purchased the gifts we were looking for at Coach. I do hope MK made the sales day but they did not with our money.
I have worked in luxury retail and in a competitive retail market a company could loose sales over many uncontrollable things but should not loose a single opportunity due to poor service. I hope they do better in figuring out how to turn visitors into customers. Next time it could be someone who would or could spend way more than me who walks out.

We had a very small issue with a product we bought and didn't catch it until we were 2+ hours away and back home. I called and got Erica who quickly helped me through it and even handled the shipping to save us a trip. The store wasn't even open yet and she answered and resolved it quickly and professionally.
