My wife and I went for haircuts, we were new clients. We received a very professional double sized post card in the mail. The location was particularly nice so we expected a high level of service and a bit of class. We were extremely disappointed. No offer of water, no magazines in waiting area, a display of Moroccan hair products, which was advertised, completely empty. The hairdresser looked a bit unkempt and her hair was not styled at all…pulled back in a sloppy pony tail…not a good sign. She barely washed my hair, never touched the back of my head, same for my wife. I explained what I wanted and even showed her a picture. She said she understood. I made suggestions 3 times while she was cutting my hair, which she ignored. I ended up with a haircut you would expect from an amateur barber for a 10 year old boy at some cheap hair cutting chain (I am a mature woman). The sides aren’t even! Just awful! My wife went next and she just got a trim on the length after seeing the terrible cut I received. Needless to say we will never go back there again and I caution anyone who goes there expecting any kind of a professional hair cut!Service: Haircut

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. So grateful other salons have opened up in the neighborhood. Owner and staff are extremely rude. Not worth your time or money.

Adrienne is amazing! Great Colorist & Stylist every time. Very professional, always prompt, fun to go for services & enjoy the pampering! Everyone is very nice here too. I have seen the Owner's & Stevie's work & they are top notch too - great stylists & colorists. I have been with Adrienne now for 6 years & am always pleased.

Lovely haircut and color! Stylist Emma is very sweet and talented. Four stars because the salon doesn't offer water or beverage to the client. No scalp massage.

Wow! I just left this salon and am more than unimpressed. I got a cut and style and was charged 60 dollars! As this is astronomical to me i could see the fee for an upscale spa or a luxury treatment. I did not receive that. As far as the salon itself, it was dirty, half the lights were burnt out and the chairs were stained with hair dye. My hairdresser was nice and quick and I have no complaints about her courtesy. I was asked what I wanted then she began with the normal wash. Just shampoo and conditioner. She cut my hair quickly and then blew dried it. Thats it! So what I look for on that top dollar bill was atmosphere and luxury. No candles or nice smells, no music and no offer of water, soda or wine. Not one styling product was placed in my hair and that includes hair spray! No hot tools were used and she forgot to add the texture cuts I requested. I am not a high maintenance woman but I was a new client looking for a salon close to home. My salon in Orange Park only charges 35 bucks and I get a scalp massage at the wash bowl, mouse, serum, lotions and hair spray every time. My hair will be blow dried and styled with hot tools and I get treated like a queen and offered coffee or wine or whatever else. This salon is giving a decent haircut but the price does not match up at all!I was less than happy with the fee and shame on me for not researching better. I don't ever believe any salon has enough clientele to disregard the importance of new ones but I was treated like a walk in never to be seen again. And well, that is true.
