Worst experience!!! My 16 yr old daughter had spent 80 dollars 65 + 15 dollar tip on nails that look HORRIBLE and I NEVER write reviews or have ever asked for a full refund on nails before but I did with this place because they were that bad and not only was I told I was wrong about her nails but was hung up on when I said I want a refund and that it looks like a young child did them because frankly it did and I honestly can't believe they thought it was okay to have anyone's nails look like that and I even said I will have her come back in to take them off. I have never in my life had to do something like that before but for that much money and it looking like it did I couldn't do it I will be fighting the charges because this was not okay my 16 yr old daughter was the customer and they should have said yes okay and done the refund and taken the nails off instead of arguing with me over the nails and hanging up on me. Just be aware. not a good experience at all.
Just saw your reply and excuse me I NEVER threatened you? I called telling you I wanted a refund and how it was not okay for the amount of money that was spent and you hung up on me because you didn't agree with me or like what I was saying. As the customer you should have INSTANTLY said yes come back we will give the refund and take them off but instead I was argued with me and you got loud with me and told me my 16 yr old daughter was wrong. I get she was too shy to say anything that is why I called RIGHT when she left and was still in the car and was crying because how bad they were. So yes I called to get a refund and never would have thought I would be hung up on. Saying we didn't like your work and wanted a refund wasn't a threat????

This was not what I asked for at all, didn’t even take time to prep my nails and was rushing with the application. I wasn’t even asked what length I wanted. When I called and asked if I could come in and get them taken off, I was told no and to come in and they would “fix it”. Respectfully I don’t want them to do my nails again. They were very disrespectful on the phone and was yelling at us for wanting them taken off.

my acrylics held on for over a month! i was so surprised , i never have nails last this long but they did a great job! i included a picture of them freshly done and then a whole month later

2 hours down the drain. My nails are worse than when I went in. I had to have her remove my polish after over 40 minutes of her trying to get it right. I tried to guide her to what i was looking for, but the more she tried, the worse it became. It looked like my child did it. Then, after telling them I'm late and to just take it off. I still had another 30 min before I could leave. With gel polish still in the corners, nails all different lengths, and a talking to about wasting people's times. If anyone wasted someone's time, it was mine. There was no reason for this to go the way it did. If she wasn't capable, then she should have said so. I could have done 1 color. I could have done clear. All I wanted was to take off my old grown color and replace it with a new color.
I live an hour from town, travel for work, and have my graduation this week. Now I have to make time I don't have to get my nails fixed. If they even can be. Since the lady has some nails so short and thin, I don't know if they can be fixed in time.
Beyond stressful. Worst experience. And they still charged me.
You're better off having your toddler paint your nails.

I have been getting monthly mani/pedis at Nail Time for at least 10 years, if not longer! I love their service and the quality of their work is always phenomenal!! Lani and Andy and all the technicians always do great work! I always walk out feeling refreshed, pretty, and relaxed! Lani gives me a stunning French ombré! Definitely recommend!!
