Extremely discriminatory towards my service animal in training & extremely rude to me as well. Service animals are an extension to ones person & I do not support businesses who don't respect service animals.

Bought a used Bus with the no warranty disclaimer. I was going to get an inspection DOT inspection done prior to accepting, but opted to have it once driven home. The bus broke down on the way home, after 2 weeks and $1500 dollars made it home. The inspection failed due to tires and King Pins out of tolerance. Another $2700 just to get it on the road. They didn't promise anything but also didn't act in good faith about what they knew was deficient. Buying another but not here.. do a very thourough pre buy!!

We bought a bus from this company and it had a bad engine. After they provided a diagnostics from their shop showing everything is OK. We drove it for couple days the engine blew.

I recently bought a bus through Nations Bus and it was honestly the BEST experience that I have ever been through! I was a bit confused about the type of bus that I should have bought, but the staff there was friendly and patient enough to explain every little detail about the buses to me! I was able to select the best model and the most suitable bus through their kind help. After the loan request was processed, my bus was ready with DAYS! What's more is that it was delivered safely and soundly to me too!

We have a huge family with our 3 kids and 2 of my sister's, and we often plan weekend getaways together. Last month I decided to finally buy a shuttle bus for the family vacations. And Nations Bus has been the best agency ever. Their friendly staff never pesters you to make purchases that benefits them more than you. They were very patient with my loan approval. Had a real easy time purchasing this great little bus from them.

My son recently turned 21 and said he wanted to help in the family's car rental business, but I had a better idea. I started him off with two minibuses – he can hire them out for picnics or small groups looking to tour the area. I bought the buses from Nations Bus – they were really helpful in showing my son and I the most suitable minibuses, and explained the pricing and financing options they had. I bought one used bus and a new one. My son is getting steady business most days of the week – if we want to expand the fleet, we're going to Nations Bus!
