Kole and Eric made this a good experience in buying a car. Questions were answered, they both were supportive around the investment and clear about what steps to take. I have recommended Kole as a Sales person and think he deserves to moved up the ladder, you don’t want to lose him.

This Nissan dealership has the worst service I have ever experienced. Very impersonal, they don't talk to you or explain anything. They did not do their job correctly. They measured my tire tread wrong (putting it in at 6/32 in the green when my tires are really in the yellow, per another visit to another location) and marked one of my tires for a nail incorrectly. If I didn't still have the warranty package on my car I would not be returning at all.

The team at Nissan of St Augustine are amazing! Layne and Clayton listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car within my budget. They even let me take it home for the night so I could make sure it was the right car for me before I bought it. Don’t go anywhere else! They are the best.

Went for an oil change and let the service tech know that I was interested in getting a quote for a trade-in value. After waiting an hour for the oil change asked about the quote and he said oh you need to speak to the sales people about that. Why wouldn't he have told me that before? Trying to give you business and you just ignore it? Ok, I'll take my business somewhere else.

Cynthia and Ryan made sure our car was taken care of as soon as it arrived. It was a repair that parts were ordered for. They came in the next day and the Service Dept had us back on the road that day. We appreciate the expert service from the beginning of arrival and until the job is completed. They are also always so courteous to us.

I had warranty work done and my service advisor Ryan really helped me through the whole process. I was provided with a loaner vehicle, and the work was completed faster than expected. My truck interior had been given a quick cleaning and it drives really well after the repair. Ryan made sure to do everything he could to minimize the impact to my daily routine. Thank you so much!

Go to facility for my maintenance because I can make appointment on line. Very easy to get in. I typically wait in facility which is comfortable. Service staff is always so helpful professional and friendly. Always greeted immediately when I pull up. I appreciate the fact that when I go I don’t feel pressured to buy or have unnecessary things done.

I had a 2pm appointment for an oil change 2 hours later nothing. They said they are still looking at my Nissan Titan and there is more work they are recommending. If I get the additional work it could be 2 more hours. All this time I've been in the waiting room. WTF is wrong with these people?

Ryan was able to accomidate me early on a Monday morning when I arrived at the dealership. I was from out of town so that is why I responded that I would probably not use them again. However, I would if I end up in St. Augustine again. Great experience.

Disrespectful, pushy, and misleading. Our family has purchased one vehicle from these folks, and we were satisfied with the car - although we did spend 6 hours on location before being able to finalize all the paperwork, etc. It’s time to purchase another car, so I called back today after being sent an inventory list of available vehicles. There was one that could have worked, but it was priced around $2000 higher than book value. With the previous experience and long day of paperwork still fresh in my memory, I called ahead and relayed my thoughts, hoping to save some time with the cumbersome sales experience we had experienced previously. I said that if we could agree to a price, over the phone, then I would proceed with the purchase. In every which way except for being straightforward, I was told that I needed to come to the dealership because “my presence is my leverage” I had explained to Isabella previously that I was in recovery from a minor surgery from yesterday, and if the price was available, then we could proceed with the sale of the car, but that I didn’t want to sit in a dealership for six hours haggling over the price tag and being warn down over time until I make a decision I don’t want to make just to get the whole thing over with - when those discussions could be had over the phone, and when my expectations and budget had been made clear from the onset. The whole experience felt, well, sleezy, manipulative, and pushy. I was then told to call back when I was serious about buying a car. Well, I was serious. And now I am seriously going to purchase from another source. It is sad to see that professionalism and courtesy have gone by the wayside these days, in the interest of making a sale. My experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth, and the desire to take my business somewhere where customers are treated like human beings, instead of dollar signs.
