Went in on 6-29-24 for a computer monitor for a dual monitor set-up. They only had one. I asked if they could help find one at another store and mark it for curbside pickup. The cashier didn't know what planet she was on. And the other so called "associate" didn't want to be bothered with helping a repeat customer. So much for being a valued customer. Way things are going nowadays. If you wanna stay in business. You have to go the extra mile to serve the customer. Very disappointed!

Would not stand by price shown on an office chair- just pulled off the sale tag and told me I would have to pay full price. I took the pull tag and now I’m dealing with the corporate office. Horrible customer service! Stay away from Office Depot at 1935 US1, St. Augustine, FL

Office Depot had a great sale on printer paper $4.99 per sleeve this is almost a dollar cheaper than Walmart. I signed up for their website for an account and they gave me 25% off coupon for signing up with my email and an additional 30% off coupon for adding my contact number. Great way to save some money on the first buy at office Depot. On the first buy at office Depot.

Store Mngr., Brittany, of my local Office Max store, was such a big help to me, along with being so friendly as it had been some time since I needed to make copies and the machines were different.

Terrible customer service from some guy that works here (dan, stan, etc?). He wouldn't listen to my friend that was telling him what went wrong with printing, and he also was rude to the new hire who was trying to help us.

My wife and I went in to buy a wood file cabinet and bookcase. And incredible employee helped us through the entire process. My furniture gets delivered to my door, no need to carry it in my car!

I have zero idea how this place stays open. Terrible customer service and everything in that store is extremely overpriced. I went in to look for a small box of small mail envelopes. Almost $12???!!!! The dollar tree across the street had name brand, same size box for $1.25. They had Clorox cleanup for twice the cost of anywhere else. A small package of paper plates is $12??!!!! Yall! Go to Walmart, dollar tree or anywhere else! Who is paying the prices in this store to keep it open I’d like to know. There should be a law against what’s going on at this store! Ridiculous
