Some of the employees are extremely rude. Continued to make rude comments and gestures as my family and I happened to be in the way of them taking pictures of shelves (something that could have easily be done after closing)! We shop at the outlets often but will be sure to skip old navy from now on.

Literally my best experience with old Navy. The dressing room lady was so freaking nice and helpful. They all greeted me. Such a good experience and around the holidays people are always so grouchy. That was not the case here. The entire staff was so kind and helpful. Also I got a pair of jeans for $5.47. Which made spending a lot of money feel more validated ?? best store at the outlets by far!

I will not be back here. I was returning a gift and hoping to get a gift card. They instead refunded it to the card it was purchased under, which was a gift. I was also buying a $7 pair of socks, which then I had to pay for and didn’t count towards the items I was exchanging. The young man checking me out was clearly new which was totally fine, and not his fault at all. However, the way the manager treated him after she realized he had messed up was not acceptable. Nor did she offer to make things right with me. When I initially entered the store, I also overheard her telling him that he could not have his birthday off. It was inappropriate the way she was speaking to him, it was a conversation that should’ve been had not in public. In addition to that they’re at leisure Section is not great. And the organization of the store could be much better.

I love this store and so much it is not organized or clean and so messy and they haven't put all the summer clothes out yet and they need to do that right away around match and have make cuter clothes everything is so boring and they need to keep cleaning always every few minutes when customer keep coming and going and have better hand sanitizer smells better and clean plus map and clean the windows doors and update the bathrooms and have bath spray keep it smelling great and lower the prices of everything and it is just boring and nothing exciting to see anymore nothing new and same clothes and etc. from Lauren
