We heard so much about this place as “A Must See” while passing through to Orlando Fl. Huge waste of time and very uninviting!I will say Ms. Angel was sweet and very hospitable. That all changed abruptly after being handed over to the rude ticket lady, Ms. Trunchbull, I meant Tammy! She was a very unpleasant individual. If she is the slightest inclination of what to expect from this area, then I’m glad ESA dogs aren’t allowed to protect our good spirits from this dark place!I get pets aren’t allowed everywhere but the delivery of this message can be done with a better attitude and modest tone!I will never attempt to come here again (with my ESA or not) and advise others not to either! Thanks for nothing Tammy.

Very knowledgeable tour guides and the hop-on/hop-off feature is great. But, it's expensive.

GREAT way to familiarize yourself with St. Augustine. Conductors are so knowledgeable, and can be quite the crack ups. Get off where you want, stay til you've seen all you want to see, take a ride to another section of town. Find your shopping and dining spots and drive there before heading home. Don't forget to tip at least two of your conductors, better yet- tip 'em all!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. $72, only half an hour to circle the main buildings in St. Augustine while listening to Christmas music. I could do that in a car. Better yet, walk, since it was so short.I thought we'd at least get some history of the city. NONE. All we go was, "There's Flagler College". Yeah, I read the sign in front, dude.

Great. Narrator talked all about the history and buildings. Parked for free at first spot.

A very good option to get to know St. Agustín, the historic center, the main street, museums, etc. in one day.TO IMPROVE: It would incorporate an option for Spanish speaking, either with a guide and/or through a headset system.

The lady at the ticket booth was rude. We are flagler county residents and brought our friends for the tour. She made our day so awful because she was so mean. Thankfully, Steve on the phone was nicer and got us tickets. Honestly, it could have been the best experience but the attitude at the ticket booth made it a horrible day.
