Their name speaks for itself. Bryan and flag were great! I had a pretty big move from NC to CT, and they were very professional, on time, and handled everything with care.
I hope that I don't have to move anytime soon 🤣🤣🤣, but if I do, On Time will be my moving company for sure!

Brian & his crew worked hard loading truck with my furniture in NJ. And, arrived in south Florida just several days later unloading my furniture into my Florida residence. Outstanding communication from Brian scheduling both pickup & delivery times down to the minute while he was traveling. Price of moving was very good & furniture arrived in perfect condition. Brian was very professional with much experience! I would definitely use this moving company again and would also request Brian & his crew handle my move.

Extremely disappointed in how my move was handled. The day of the move, one of the workers' helpers (who I believe was not an employee of their company) stole something off my roommates desk. It was returned, but they were flippant about the initial complaint, suggesting we just call the police. My stuff was not handled with care. Several items ended up being broken upon arrival to my new apartment. And one of my totes was missing. Going into this move, I chose to use this company because I was part of a Professional Business Networking group where we would refer business to each other all the time. Each company is supposed to be fully vetted. SHAME on this company for the lack of care and customer service. I did not get a single phone call from the person I knew who is the Operations Manager. I was appalled. I would never treat my customers or business acquaintances this way. I would think very carefully before Hiring this company. To date, no one has called to tell me what happened to my missing tote. I had to file a claim with North American Van Lines. But it was On Time Moving that picked up my stuff and delivered my stuff from Florida to Missouri. Very Disappointed. A simple apology would have gone a long and avoided a complaint.
Buyer Beware....
7/31/25 Update. I filed a claim with National Van Lines regarding my broken items and missing tote. They said had a $500 deductible. That was not explained to me by Joe, the manager. I am only going to be partially reimbursed for my items. Very Disappointed and feel that I was taken advantage of.

I can’t recommend this moving company enough! I just recently moved to Florida from Philadelphia, and these guys made it so much less of a headache. They were extremely polite and professional, handled all our belongings with great care, and got everything to and from on our timeline with no issues. I appreciate all they did to help make this process as easy as possible, thank you for all your help!

Bryan and Kenyatta were just wonderful! They made the last part of our long distance move a great experience. Very polite, friendly and respectful, took great care of our things and also assembled some furniture with care. Friendly, down to earth people. We are very happy and definitely recommend them for any type of move.

I recently moved from Florida to Georgia, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Bryan and Jawaun were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient.
From the moment they arrived, they handled everything with care and a positive attitude. They took great care in wrapping and loading our belongings, ensuring everything was secure for the long haul. Upon arrival in Georgia, they unloaded everything quickly and placed each item exactly where we needed it — all with big smiles and great energy.

Brian and Kenyatta did an excellent job on our project. They were professional and extremely expert in completing a very heavy move, and did so with ease and in a timely manner. Overall, they performed the work of a crew of 3-4 men. The company prices competitively but to me the most important thing is quality and eagerness to satisfy. These two professionals certainly met and exceeded my expectations.
