Took my friend to pick up her car (third time for same problem) and come to find out, the receptionist guy had told Otero that she wanted the fuel pump changed when she only told the receptionist that her neighbor thought that the car was shutting off due to the fuel pump. He would not let her speak to Otero herself. IOtero said that they did not run any type of diagnostics on the car that the receptionist guy told him that’s what she wanted. I told him there was a big mistake happening and he said the part was bad anyhow. Mind you, this is the third time this car has been in his shop for the same issue. The receptionist guy also told my friend that she needed to go out and buy another part herself at a store so she called me to help. How was she supposed to get a part when her car was not running and in the shop? I’ve never heard of such a thing. Was she supposed to take an Uber? Otero didn’t even apologize for the mix up and said he didn’t have to run a diagnosis when the receptionist guy told him that’s what she wanted. The owner is unfortunately responsible for all employees and communication with them when you own a business. Money is hard for this lady. She’s a sweet nice person. They got offended when I got upset at their actions and they became extremely rude when I stated that they should watch out for another mistake like this and they threatened to call the cops on me for saying the S word. I just told them I will not be arrested for saying that word and that he would be wasting his time. My friend informed me that the car has Stopped running just an hour after she paid. Again. He cannot figure it out, don’t have her coming back time and time again and making her spend money she does not have with more parts guessing what the issue is gentleman. Tacky. Do better with communication between the employees and owner and rectify your shop’s mistakes without getting offended at the customer for getting upset with them.

I began going here when I started working at one of the other businesses next door. The service and communication has always been top notch, and José has always taken great care of my vehicle, I don’t trust any other place with my car and will continue to bring my vehicle back whenever I need work. All of his worker’s are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole repair process.They have always been honest about other recommendations and services my car will need in the future and have always gotten my car back the same day. If you don’t want to pay stealership prices, give them a call and they will take great care of you! Great prices and excellent work .If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would because they definitely deserve a great review. Keep up the great work you guys!

I started driving from Missouri at 10:00 PM last night and drove straight through to St. Augustine over 800 miles. As I was pulling into the hotel parking lot my CV joint blew completely apart. Someone helped me push it into the hotel parking lot and I Googled shops near me. This was the first one on the list and it had a 4.9 star rating and was only .4 miles from my hotel. I called then and told them my problem and that I just drove all night to get here on vacation. They quoted me a price and I had to ask them to repeat it several times because it was unbelievable low. I had my vehicle towed to their shop and they got mythe parts and fixed it within three hours and they did it for an unbelievably low price. They were quick, professional and very friendly. They are life savers and I can not praise them enough.
