Love this store! My cat has been having food allergies and my vet recommended that I try a novel protein. The owner has been very helpful and knowledgeable with trying out a novel protein and brand recommendations.

Horrible customer service. I would've spent a good amount at this local shop to put together a doggy gift basket, and I was rudely hung up on by the owner when I asked about it. Horrible customer service.

I like the stuff that they have but I bought a duck head from here before and it had maggots in it, and then when I went in today the workers were very rude, there was bugs in one of the sealed treats and I pointed it out and they said something like “oh they are in everything they are just beetles”, and they didn’t even throw it out or clean it out, and a ton of dog food was miss priced, when I got my bag of dog food it was $27 but it rang up as $31, so I asked for my receipt and I saw that the food was $29 so I let them know that it was wrong and one of the lady’s just said “that’s the tax” so I pointed out that tax was only about $2 on my receipt and then they were talking too each other for a second and then the one said “well we have to give it to her”, I did end up getting the 3 dollars which was nice but overall they were rude the minute we entered the store.

What a wonderful place for all your pets needs , I was walking up just as they were closing I started to turn away and he said it's ok I'll stay open for you . You don't get that kind of treatment from stores anymore I love this place they have the best pet food and treats.

Great place!!!!! Love this place!!! The owner is just amazing and so helpful!!! My dog trainer sent me here and so thankful. My pups have GI issues and the owner listens and helped me find the right one for each dog!!!
