It's a party store, prices can be a tad bit high at times versus online on other sites but it's the price you pay to have the items now and not having to wait. Tons of themes and colors to choose from for any occasion. Also a good place to check out for costumes if you're into cosplay or if you're just looking to dress up for any occasion!

HUGE store. Loads of options for balloons. Well organized to find what you need for any celebration. Staff was extremely helpful and patient as we planned our balloon bouquet!

Party City saved the day! As an event coordinator for an Easter event, I was in a panic when my order for 5000 plastic Easter eggs was delayed until after Easter. Thankfully, Party City had exactly what I needed. Their vast selection and helpful staff made it easy to find everything for a successful event. I can't thank them enough for coming through in a pinch! ???

If I could put zero I would I ordered 3 wigs for a dance competition after 10 days I attempted to contact them I texted emailed and called and received no response until I threatened to contact the BBB and was notified they were going to refund my money in which I have not received. Horrible way to do business. Please read and beware

Panny was a rockstar! I’ve been in retail over 20 years so I really appreciate top notch customer service. The store itself was well stocked, organized, and Panny and the other associate were so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for helping make our grand baby’s first birthday awesome!

Seriously awful how they only staff one person here. You cannot get in and out without having to wait no matter what and the items they have are ALWAYS sold out or extremely old. The employees are always nice but how can you leave one freaking person to run the whole store? Someone need balloons? Then you're waiting for 20 minutes to check out one item.

Visited this store today around 3:00pm. I went in looking for 8 inch skeletons. I looked on line before traveling to this store and saw that there were over 150 available. Once at the store, I was unable to locate them. I went to the front check out area and was told they were probably still in boxes in the back. One of the girls at the counter proceeded to tell me that they were still working on getting all the Halloween merchandise out on the floor. I asked when she though they might be out and she responded, "When we get to them." Extremely poor customer service. This employee could use a lesson on how to be helpful and polite to customers. It really doesn't take that much.

Had a lot to choose from but it was hot as hell. I couldn’t walk around without sweating after 2 minutes of being in the store. Nobody asked if we needed help but Dalton checked us out he was okay. This store needs some ac for sure !
