Sneaky retail associate, desperate for commission. Perfumes were old and I was refused a refund or exchange!! I returned/got refund at my home location where the retail staff know how to treat their customers!!

Sales associate scanned both bottles of perfume twice and repeatedly interrupted while I was trying to talk to my daughter about the prices. So we took our business elsewhere.

The Perfumania store in St Augustine is amazing. So many scents and they bundle deals for your purchase. Telma Sagarminaga is the salesperson to ask for. She is really good at what she does and knows perfumes and fragrances. She asks what scents you like then seeks out perfumes that you may love. The store has an array of fragrances to choose from and they take the time let you smell many fragrances. Great store!

scammed with almost worth $600 dollars on fragrances. doesnt last longer that it should be. there were also leaks and stains inside of the boxes. i was suspicious but then they were pretty good at convincing me on buying famed perfumes they tagged as from paris but was disappointing. never again!!

Let’s just say that Flavia shined and amazed me. My wife and myself went in for the YSL fragrance and instead,walked out with six 3oz fragrances! She really took the time to show the difference between designer fragrances, and how great foreign fragrances are, including quality. She really took her time with us and was exquisitely, elegant with her work and approach. She was very knowledgeable and educated on how fragrances work for different people and oil types. We will definitely be back to try the Middle Eastern fragrances. She really changed the way I view fragrance boutiques. Thank you Flavia.

I have a problem wen you walk in a perfume store and the associate does not allow you to smell a perfume and encourages you to go to a BIG cosmetic store to smell the fragrance! I WON'T BE BACK! I'LL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!
