Every single one of the stuff I had met in the three times I had popped in were wonderful informative and very friendly and offer service with a smile! And when I called back later they had no problem informing me about the self pet Day services they offer at some of the locations and gave me everything I needed to know. Also if the staff ever see this just know I was very mistaken and please don't feel confused just know you're right and I'm wrong! You said there may not be pet supermarket locations back up north and you would be right, I was thinking of Pet supplies plus! Anyways; Very clean, very friendly and very satisfied very happy atmosphere!! Thankyou so much for a great experience ( for my first time taking my first baby on their first outting!)

Justin helped me get a handicap dog ramp, for my car, a dog harness for lifting, and some joint pills. He even took the box, and threw it away for me, after opening the massive ramp. I was on a roadtrip and needed the ramp urgently.
Nice employee.

This is a wonderful place for your pets!! Store Manager Lauren and Tara were super helpful. Lauren was very knowledgeable about the products and protocols. She even let me know about great deals throughout the store. I will cone here for all my pet needs

The aquariums looked terrible, no plants, lights out and dead fish. One of my fish died two days after getting it from a unknown reason, luckily the other hatchetfish survived but one died for no reason. Whoever took care of them before did a amazing job but as of now it looks horrible, cruel of a situation they are in and I felt ripped off from the price of horribly taken care of fish, good selection but bad quality

Went in today and immediately could tell they don't clean the cat's litterbox enough. I needed crickets and wasn't even there for feline related stuff, so when I got the associate to walk back, she helped me but what I noticed was almost all their basking bulbs were blown out. The reptiles enclosures were filthy with feces smeared down the wall and stinking in general due to no maintenance, and when I brought up the lights being out to the manager the associate said yeah, a few lights are out. So what your saying is you actively know it's out and that the reptile needs that heat source to survive, and your not fixing the bulb which is straight abuse.I keep over 15 reptiles and the only way they stink is if you neglect them completely and never clean their tank or change substrate out.I will never be returning to this store especially since got 2 dozen crickets and 14 of them were dead already which was the cherry on top to this adventure .

Justin was absolutely amazing! Knew the inventory well and was able to find a substitute for an out of stock dog food. The rest of the staff was pleasant and helpful as well.
