The friendly and knowledgeable staff are praised for their excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist shoppers. Customers appreciate the variety of dog food options, the convenient self-service dog wash, and the regular sales and coupons that provide good value. While there was a minor issue with online order confirmations, the overall experience at this pet supply store is described as excellent, making it a go-to destination for pet owners in the area.
Compact but clean and a variety of top pet foods and supplies. Difficult to see from road. Must enter tight parking lot to see small entrance. Store is larger than front appears.
