After calling and being told by an employee that there were plenty of spots (I literally asked if I should reserve a spot and was told no, there are plenty left), I arrived to learn that half of the fuel pumps were out of commission, and that in fact *all* of the parking spots in their lot are paid only. This is a horrible policy, especially considering I called ahead.
The staff are friendly, and this is not their fault, so this review doesn’t indict them. It’s the policy of absolutely no free parking to the very people that keep them in business that earned this place a 1-star review, and perhaps also the fact that I received conflicting information, the very information that I used to choose this location to begin with.

I had the most embarrassing of moments on Tuesday, 6/17. A man who worked there, walking through saved me from a multitude of embarrassing moments by stopping me and whispering a problem I had. As he quickly walked away, I'm sure trying to save me from further embarrassment, I realized in his reflective vest he must work there. He was a young, good looking black man and I hope this review reaches him. Figure out who flying J, he needs commended. Not everyone will step into an awkward moment for someone, but his kindness was greatly appreciated!

One way pumps at a so called travel gas center. If the driver leaves their vehicle for restroom, drinks, food etc as most do at a travel station you are waiting a long time to get gas even if next in line. Also would not take regular credit card, only debit and tap was disabled. Horrible way to do business. Gave 2 because I didn't even go inside after that, drove over to Love's instead.

I love the coffee and the employees. Very friendly and courteous staff. A lot of construction going on but overall it's well stocked, clean, food is fresh, hot and ready and Cinnabons are always fresh and hot in the morning.

BEWARE: I had not used my debit card in a week before stopping here for a bag of chips. Within an hour of leaving, I had 2 fraudulent charges to my card for $29.99 each. Thankfully, the bank denied them, but now I must go through the process of replacing my card. My wallet is metal and blocks rfid scammers.

I'm a truck driver and it's the third time I've been to this pilot to get fuel. Every time you try and get fuel here there are other drivers parked near or in front of the pumps taking their ten hour break and it's hard to get around them. Plus drivers pulling into the pumps taking thirty minutes breaks. Plus not enough parking and as you leave from refueling you have to drive around or turn wide around other drivers parked in the way. Probably will not go to this pilot anymore

On my truck route I usually have to stop here at least a few times a week, to fuel up lately I've been noticing that they've been shutting down the pump down at night so you have to walk in the store to pay. What a inconvenience. What's the point of having this app on my phone if I have to walk in the store every darn time now. I can only imagine how this makes people with anxiety and disabilities feel. This is the only pilot for miles and I have to put up with this crap.
