Validate everything they tell you. I had sales people and cust service agents tell me that you only need one day's notice to access container. When I need to get in, it was four days before they would allow access. Do yourself a favor, just get a storage unit.

Steve came to deliver the POD for us. He was prompt, attentive, very competent.
We are relocating to our place of origin after 18 months, using movers the first time, while convenient left a sour taste in my mouth. So far everything with PODs has been a breeze and no surprises yet. l will update review when move is completed.

If I had it to pack up my home & put everything in a storage container for 6-8 wks again, I would use the services of Steve at Pods Moving & Storage in St Augustine FL all over again. He & Podzilla showed up right on time with the perfect size container & professionally set everything up in our driveway so that we could have home improvements completed in our home. He made sure we knew how to secure the pod & explained everything step by step so that we felt comfortable with the process from beginning until they came to remove the pod on completion of the work. Steve was very friendly & professional & we will remember what a great experience we had for future moves or recommendations to friends & family. Thanks Steve & Pods Moving & Storage St Augustine for everything!!!!

Tom Chonto delivered my POD to St Johns, FL. It was my first day at my new apartment and they weren't open yet. I had some gate issues and he was very understanding. He gave me a great location for my POD outside of my building. He made sure that I was able to open the door on the POD before leaving in case something had shifted. I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. Thank you Tom.
