Great sales and service experience. Only wish is that going forward, service advisors stay in closer contact with their customers about serious service matters. Especially when a vehicle has been in the shop for an extended period of time. Big thanks to Porter for hooking me up with the bike in the beginning, And huge thanks to Craig for doing everything he could to get me back on the road, even with all the hiccups and headaches from the manufacturer. Porter has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment I stepped foot in Saint Augustine Powersports I felt a very welcoming and good vibe. 10 out of 10 would recommend Powersports St. Augustine, but most importantly Porter. He was a very professional salesman no pressure no up sale no back and fourth. 100% seamless process. I called on Tuesday to ask about a Kodiak 450 and picked it up Wednesday morning. His customer service and personality made it worth the 1.5 hour drive. If you are in the market for a Yamaha, Kawasaki or Honda I would highly recommend giving Porter a call and see what he can do for you. To Powersports St. Augustine, you guys have a real asset on your team! If I serviced this area I would absolutely try to take him from you! Haha. He definitely earned a long term customer!

DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH POWER SPORTS OF ST AUGUSTINE FLORIDA ( A 2025 KLR TODAY IS 6,895 ) Now they claim that they sold me an extended warranty that I never ask for, a gab insurance that I never ask for and a whole other things that no one mention to me. I remember that heavy set white male that own the place or runs it being very fast about things. The bike went from 6,000 to 11,000 almost the full price a second bike all because of an extended guarantee and gab insurance. Insane. This motorcycle dealership is out of this world. Imagine a 6,000 dollar bike all year around go from 6 to 12,000 in a blink of an eye… Yesterday I discovered for the first time after paying my motorcycle faithful for two long years that my bike still owes 8,400 dollars. Today I call the bank, Synchrony Bank, to investigate why this bike owes so much many when I finance 7,000. According to Synchrony Bank the dealership screwed me over. They made believe that I was financing 7,000 when I’m reality they were hitting with an 11,000 financing of a. Ike that out the door is worth 6,890 dollars. There has to be other people out there who had the same experience as I have with Power Sports of St. Augustine Florida. Disgusting people these people at Power Sports St. Augustine. How can they do this, the bike was and still is worth 7,000 thousand dollars brand new. This very dishonest for a vender and a Bank to conduct business with their customers so crooked and evil. To me that’s how much they worth 11,000 thousand dollars. Now Power Sport St. Augustine can come and get the bike because they are not going to get a penny from me ever again….I got the bike in 2023, the bike was a 2022 and they said that they had drop the bike from 7,000 to 6,000 because it was a year old and didn’t sale.

Can’t recommend this place enough. Did great work and got my bike out fast. Brought the bike up there with all the parts I wanted added as well as some fairings after being in a wreck. Bike came out looking brand new.

Bought an MT-03 for my wife from Noa a few weeks ago and it was such a great experience that I came back and bought an R1 for myself. These guys make it easy to find what you want, they have great pricing, and are just good people to do business with. We will be back for a side by side in the near future.

Porter Elsing was very pleasant to work with, he didn’t try to play the back and forth game and gave me a very fair price right off ( I messaged and talked to a lot dealers with the same unit in stock and he beat all of their prices with the first price he threw me) I would highly recommend doing business with him!
