“These guys installed a gas log in my fireplace and it was no easy job. Roger, the tech who did the work, had to snake a pipe through the outside wall into a corner firebox. He never gave up and stayed on task trying different methods until he succeeded. I know anyone else would have just said no but he and coordinater Nancy, kept their word and got the job done.”
