“We are very pleased with Surburban Propane in Saint Augustine! We contacted them just prior to Christmas regarding our home we had recently purchased to have service initiated. At first, we were advised that it may take a couple weeks to have a tech come out to complete a leak test in order to begin our service based on it being a busier time of year as well as with the upcoming holidays. However, we were pleasantly surprised and appreciative that they came out much sooner than expected!

Matt, came out to our house to perform the leak test and he was super pleasant, knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions! He was such a delight! I mentioned to him that since we wouldn't be in the area full time and the home would be rented during our absence, I would have a friend check the gauge on the tank so we would be able to confirm when it would need to be filled. He made me aware of a device we could have installed on the propane tank in which both Surburban Propane and us would be able to see the amount of propane in the tank remotely and Surburban can refill promptly when needed. This certainly makes our life easier and less time and effort on our friend to come by and check. It certainly provides us with a better peace of mind in which we appreciate.

Both Matt and another gentleman named Roger came to our home to install the device. They came a couple days earlier than anticipated, which again, we totally appreciated. Matt and Roger were helpful and also discussed options we have regarding our particular situation so at least we are aware. We appreciate that both Matt and Roger were helpful and took the time out of their busy schedules to explain options for us based on our needs to ensure that everything runs as smooth as possible for our particular circumstance. Because both Matt and Roger took the time to listen to us and understand our needs, they were able to then quickly come up with some options we may consider in the future. Matt and Roger are both gems and are great assets to the organization, for sure!

Last, but certainly not least, Carrie, is a person I have communicated with several times over the phone and she is made for customer service! She could also be a trainer and/or a manager and help others be successful in their roles within customer service! She is always so cheerful and pleasant on the phone! In addition, she is always so patient with answering my questions. Carrie was able to help ensure that folks came out timely for us to meet our needs. She certainly makes us feel cared for and respected as Surburban Propane Customers. While times are continuing to change with technology, it is refreshing to speak with real people who at least show that they genuinely care about others as well as in their work product.

Kudos to Carrie, Matt and Roger for all being such a delight to work with, helpful and experts within their jobs! Thank y'all so much! ??.
