Thorough and knowledgeable. Fitted me for my Trek Speed Concept SLR 7 2023. I already feel and see the difference in my riding comfort and speed. Fantastic fit experience. I did a fit prior to buying a bike and it really helped me feel confident in specific sizes of bikes and being able to feel the difference between smaller and larger bikes. Jim was super friendly and professional. He knows what he’s doing and he wants to get you happy on a bike. 10/10 would recommend
