Was called at 1:45 that they could partially fill my prescription in one hour. I accepted. Upon arrival at 5:50, was told that my script wasn't ready and would take 10 min (standard line because they told the person in front of me and beside me the same thing). At 6:00 was told that they lost the partial fill and my options might be nocatee or rivertown publix. Thank you for transferring my script to Walgreens! 6:30, filled, home, done.

Great grocery store, but as far as pharmacy goes….worst I’ve ever been to!! Every time we go there the technicians are goofing off, laughing having a grand ole time. When a medicine is said to be done at x time, they say come back in another hour, all while they’re just laughing having social time. They have no customer service training, they just don’t give a rats a!! Flat out rude girls behind that counter. The managers need to relook at these ladies and how they treat people and how they enjoy their time on the clock goofing off.

Very nice shopping center, clean and all the employees were friendly. Chicken from the deli was great (as usual). When I went to pick up my prescription here the lady at the pharmacy who helped me was very nice and answered any questions I had.

Staff is friendly, but every time I have scripts sent by my provider, after several hours I walk in to pick up and every single time, the scripts are not ready. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED SCRIPTS FAST OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN DISCHARGED FROM THE HOSPITAL AND NEED MEDICATION FOR THAT SAME DAY.

Long lines. Slowwwwwwwww. With the cost of medications you’d think they’d have more employees and more registers to handle the traffic.

The absolute WORST publix I have EVER been to. Never get your prescriptions from this location. I recently switched to them and I have been very unhappy with them. I have waited in line for at least 45min every time even during the week. I got a text saying my prescription was ready 3 days ago, went to go pick it up and it wasn't ready. How does that make sense??? After hearing my stuff wasn't ready after I had waited in line for 45 mins is not okay. Customer service is awful at this location and that will be my last time in that publix. I will gladly drive an extra 15 mins to another location. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Joe in the pharmacy was a huge help. Returned my call as scheduled, was able to answer all my questions, and even did some research for me in regards to pricing. Good kid, with great customer service.

I can't say nicer things about pharmacy technician Kimberly and Mary they are super sweet and helpful. The female pharmacist who works here is REALLY awful and quite entitled. She speaks to you like she's doing *you a favour* and she has poor body language, constantly rolling her eyes, lips pursed (no mask?!) and extremely stand-offish. The male pharmacist is much friendlier and has a better attitude towards patrons. Not sure who peed in the other pharmacists Cheerios but she needs to check her attitude because it is a patient facing roll.

The guys (and girls) at the Publix Pharmacy are courteous, professional and friendly - every single time! Never a hiccup and always on point. (now, if they can only teach the folks at the Deli to be like that! :)

Ok, saw some reviews on here were less than flattering so I decided to add my 2 cents. Firstly I think most of the negative reviews were one offs. People in Florida expect Publix stores to be perfect, because quite frankly most of the time they are. We Floridians have gotten spoiled by the exemplary performance and quality of products Publix provides so when we have a less than perfect experience we knee j*** with a bad review. Don't just take my word for it though. Look at the total number of Grocery stores in your area. Are over 60% Publix? That is because they are not only liked, but loved by their community. They could not thrive without a loyal customer base. The employees are friendly because they are taken care of by the company with decent benefits and ownership stock in the company, so they care to see happy customers as they have skin in the game too. Also not a single negative review I saw spoke to a manager. If they would have I am sure whatever the issue was it would have been resolved immediately. Bad apples crop up at times , people having bad days happen. Their bakery is brilliant. Cakes are made with buttercream frosting. Other stores(won't mention whom) use sweetened Crisco as their base. Why, because it seals the cake so it can last forever, but tastes artificial at best. Publix donates all of their bakery items they don't sell. Why? Because it is good and Nobel? No, because it costs them nothing to give good bread away they would not sell to paying customers, and yes it is nice to boot. You might ask how I know this. Well I don't work for Publix, but I do work with most major grocery chains and I pick up things as I speak to managers and employees. If you are new to Florida try Publix and other stores and make your own call.

I’ve shopped at this store since it opened. Becoming more disappointed with every visit. Low inventory and meats and produce is lower quality. Tonight we had 2 Greenwise Pork Chops that were so tough we couldn’t eat them. Absolutely horrible. They are building a new Greenwise supermarket across the street which unless they actually perform with top quality meats will fail. Treat your customers with respect and stop selling poor quality meat for higher prices. People will pay for good products.
