Worst pharmacy employees I've ever dealt with. Called to see if they had my medication, and was told they could fill it. Then once I got my doctor to send them my prescription, I was told they reached their limit of people at that location that they could provide that for and the person who approves more people doesn't come back for 3 weeks. No one was waiting for the needed the prescription- it's just that someone might need it who already had it filled before. Why would you tell me you could fill it, if you couldn't?! The customer service with the pharmacy is greatly lacking.

So normally I love going to Publix. They are also friendly and very polite. But I am starting to get aggravated with their sub online ordering system. This is the second location where my order was not correct. I ordered 5 subs with one toasted. 3/5 subs were made and the one that was supposed to be toasted was not. It's frustrating because I order online so I don't have to wait in line and I still end up having to. Check your online orders before leaving the store.

Alisa and Ryan are the slowest sub makers I've ever seen in my life. It took Ryan 25 minutes to cut 3 pieces of damn ham. HAM. Now, let's move on to Alisa. Alisa shook the bag of Sriracha chicken tender sub for about 3 minutes. I believe after 1 minute there is enough sriracha mixed around. NOW, let's go back to Ryan. Ryan has the laziest attitude. He's mumbling and being rude to customers. He reminds me of the sloth from Zootopia. Yes, I just compared him to a SLOTH from ZOOTOPIA. Embarrassing to say the least. I will not stand for this. If Ryan disrespects my Publix sub again, I might never come back. Yes, this is a threat. You need my business. Ok, now Alisa is being very polite. Alisa can stay, but I demand Ryan to GET OUT. If I come back and he is making my sub, I will demolish this place. DEMOLISH! Insanely unbelievable. Just wait. I'm coming. The end is near. You heard me. And just a by the way... Subway can make a sub faster than these people. Yes, Subway. SUBWAY. In at 6:25 out at 6:50 P.s. : Alisa is cool btw. She a homie. P.s. : still haven't ordered. P.s. : 22 minutes and counting

Nice clean Publix. As a tourist in the area I was not familiar with the layout but the staff was most helpful. They had everything that I can for.

Went to get a pub sub, my usual order and halfway through making it they tell me that their toaster doesn't work and there's no way they can heat it up. Half the toppings I get don't go in the toaster. They didn't let me know ahead of time or I would've ordered something else. Now when I get home, I'm going to have to heat it up somehow and the lettuce will be bad. Sucks. I should have just said never mind then and wasted their product but felt guilty. Should have left or got refunded. Don't have these issues at other locations. It's not their fault the machine doesn't work, but they could've let me know.

I recently had surgery so instead of being able to go in the store I ordered a sub on the Publix app. What I ordered was a hot sub whole. Someone went in and got it for me because again I could not go in. They charged the person picking it up for the whole hot sub I ordered, but what they actually fixed was a different sub and only a half inch. The person nice enough to pick it up for me did not know any better, but Publix should have known what they were getting paid for and what was on the receipt did not match the size or type of sub that was being picked up. Also, the price included double cheese and there was no cheese.

I've been here 3 times in 2 days and keep getting promised they'll refill my prescription that was transferred from another Publix. I've waited in 3 separate lines (and the staff KNOWS I've been through this ridiculously unkempt line numerous times). Still, excuse after excuse. Nobody works here. They're too busy filling prescriptions for people who ARENT EVEN HERE! Avoid this Publix. And if you're a manager or corporate employee reading this, you need to review this poorly run staff!!!!!

wish their was a minus 1...cobblestone Publix is by far the worst for their customer service in the deli and they have no manners, they don't greet or acknowledge customers and could care less that you are standing there waiting. The deli workers all need retrained, if management allows this to go on after this many bad reviews then they deserve to be fired! You work in customer service based industry and yet have zero customer service skills. sad very sad

I understand that this is a very busy location however I have had multiple refills for medications delayed because they do not check their electronic refills and electronic script platform, even if you are on the phone with the pharmacist or in person telling them your physician sent it in. They just tell you “have your physician send it again” when I have the electronic records from my physician with dates and times over ever script they have sent there, they are just “too busy” to check properly. As someone in the healthcare field I can tell you it is completely unacceptable to take over a week for a prescription refill and that is about how long they take so unless patients plan far in advance they are regularly going with needed medications. When the prescriptions are actually filled (which is always at least a week after they get the script) you have to wait for over an hour for service most days. They hardly ever answer the phone, it takes three back to back calls to speak to someone in customer service at the publix who tells you that the pharmacy is not picking up so try again later. I even called to tell them to cancel my existing prescription because I am taking my business elsewhere and they didn’t even do that correctly so I was unable to get my prescription filled elsewhere. I have used Publix pharmacies for years and I have never had any issues until transferring my prescriptions to this location and every month I am running into issues with refills. If you want a Publix pharmacy still it is worth the additional hassle to use the Flagler Hospital location. Unfortunately, Publix pharmacies have lost a long time customer with me because of this disorganized location.

??♀️This is not a bad review all together. I go to the Cobblestone Publix very often and I always would have a good review. I just witnessed some thing that just took me aback earlier. ?However, this is review about one bagger… ??♀️Well, here’s something I’ve never seen before. Normally Publix employees are very pleasant and if you’re in customer service normally you’re going to try your best not to be openly rude. However, one of the Publix baggers here at Cobblestone was bringing in some carts and someone was being nice and waiting for her to go and then he would go. I was to the left back of her. Instead of letting him go politely, she just huffs and rolls her eyes and then because she stopped for a bit,he starts to walk in front of her to pass her and she literally waits till he’s in front of her and she pushes forward and hits him with the carts and then ask is if she didn’t just do that. I do not know the the name of this associate, just a young woman with a very puffy black bun. I’m just saying, when I was a bagger, we didn’t run over people on purpose. No exaggeration, she literally waited till he got right in front of her and pushed forward not by accident and it was clear. ??♀️
