I had a horrible experience obtaining the correct online order and had to make several trips, and the order was still incorrect. The order was for a charcuterie board with cheese. The first time, they gave me all meat which was a cheaper option and not the same value as my prepaid order. They tried to argue, so I brought my receipt in the 2nd time for verification. When I made another trip to pick up the corrected order, they gave me all cheese with no meat which was also less in value and bot what i ordered.. They argued both times even though I brought in my receipt with the information. The manager ended up just throwing in a couple sticks if meat with the cheese platter, but after all the time and hassle it wasn't worth it.

I had the best experience with the Bakery department! I was looking for cannolis for a sweet snack tonight and Shawna went above and beyond to get me a freshly filled cannolis dipped in chocolate chips! Very friendly staff but especially Shawna! Service with a smile!
