I hate this place and I hate blue cross for making me come here. You can tell they don’t care the moment you walk in. Or even earlier if you try to make an appointment

Appointment was made online before arriving. I would steer clear of walk-ins due to potential hours waiting or not being seen at all. The system was efficient and seamless. Have your photo ID and insurance card ready for the sign in process. Appt was 13 min late but the phlebotomist was outstanding. Didn't snag her name but she had glasses and was quick, friendly, and professional. TLDR have your info ready and make an appt and it's a smooth process.

Avoid this location. The staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. The only appointment I could make was as 12:40 and I was starving, so I showed up at 9am and got on what I thought was a walk in status (computer kiosk is a pain). After waiting for 90 minutes, the waiting room was finally empty and the rude person told me that I had to cancel my appointment and get on the walk in list in order for her to see me. There was no one there! I said, let's do it! She said "I can't - I've got someone coming in in five minutes. She called a persons name who was on the walk in wait list who had left an hour prior and left me standing there. FFFFFFFFF - Go to the other quest and save yourself the hassle. Management: fire your current staff. Very poor customer service.

My wife took our autistic son to this location. Techs (Terry and Teresa) have down outstanding job calming him down and taking his blood sample for testing. Thanks!P.s. I am glad this COVID requirements nonsense is slowly disappearing from our lives.

I had a great experience here! No appointment, showed up just after 6am and was out the door before 7am. I feel bad for places like this...people often only come on here to leave reviews when they have a "bad experience".The gal that did my work was excellent, she took her time with my not so user friendly veins.

I had a stat bloodwork order so I tried to make an appointment here. None were available for weeks so I went there at 10:30a to avoid the rush. There was one tech and one patient whom she was taking care of. There was no one in the waiting room and there was no one ahead of me. I registered at the kiosk and my name popped up on the TV screen as the next one to go in. The one patient that was there left. I sat for about 10 minutes. The tech was in there by herself and never even acknowledged me in that 10 minutes. Then another patient came in and registered. The tech came out and took her right away. I said I had been waiting and she asked if I had an appointment. I told her I couldn't get one and she said "well, you can be waiting for hours then. I have to take appointments first." There was no one there! So, since no one else was there I decided to see what happened after she finished with the "appointment patient". She did end up taking me but scolded me for not having an appointment and told me that the only reason she took me was because her 10:30a appointment didn't show up. Rude and ridiculous. I had to get blood about 2 weeks later and went to LabCorp at Walgreens. What a day and night experience. I was able to get an appointment and Angela couldn't have been nicer. I will absolutely travel 25 minutes each way to be treated with courtesy and respect.

Absolute trash. Only went back because they missed half the doctor's orders... Of course they were going to charge myself and insurance for their own fault... Never Quest again

Checked in at 10am to Pee in a cup. I was a walk-in because they were booked out longer than the time frame I was allowed. I was first in the standby queue. I drank a large coffee to prepare. I sat for 6 hours. Never was called. Until 15 mins before closing. I tried to leave once but was told that counts as an automatic failure for the drug test. I asked several times for them to remove my name for the queue. They said no. So I sat for 6 hours with a full bladder. Worst experience ever. I’m sad I have to give them a star at all.

Gave this place 2 chances. The first time, I had a black and blue bruise up my arm for 2 weeks and it was super sore because the nurse moved the needle while in my arm. The 2nd time, I the staff was so rude, I walked out! Never again!

I had a very good experience here. I was skeptical due to all of the negative reviews but my experience was the opposite. I made an appointment online for 8:40am. I was on time, check in was easy with my QR code, nobody was in the waiting room and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The tech was also friendly and asked me if I was ok during the blood draw, told me happy holidays etc.... Note: My appt was a few days before Christmas so I realize that most people are out of town so during a normal work week I'm sure it's much busier!

If zero stars were possible I'd give them that since everyone working here has zero F's to give about you, your health and your time. If you don't take walk-ins anymore, put it on your website or how about on your kiosk, maybe even walking out to the EMPTY waiting room where it's JUST me sitting and let me know. The one star can serve as the entertainment factor as I watched them treat several other people with disdain as I patiently waited for my time that was never going to come.

Make an appointment ahead of time and check in at their automated station - it is easy! When I walked in, there were only 3 chairs in the waiting room and they were all taken. There was one person behind me too so I was confused why they only have 3 chairs in the waiting area. I was very surprised though that I immediately got called to the back at my exact appointment time. The tech was pleasant and efficient. Overall a great experience at this Quest. I recommend it! Amazingly fast, clean and efficient.

I went to this Quest office for the first time on 12/6/22 as a walk-in around 8am. Though I tried for several days to snag an appointment, none were available, so I took my chances and went anyway. I had no issues checking in at the kiosk and waited for about an hour to be seen (as I expected). While I waited, I saw that the staff were clearly working as quickly as possible. Several rude customers came and went, all helped by the staff with professionalism. My phlebotomist was extremely nice and considerate! Overall the experience was what I had expected. Although there was no one at the front desk to ask for help, the staff were clearly doing their best to accommodate people.

Had an appt on 12/2 and wasn't disappointed. Been to this drawing center a few times in the past and the staff has always been super friendly. My only gripe is the scheduling of appointments for first thing AM is so far spaced out. Otherwise anytime I come here the staff usually takes care of my needs quickly, efficiently and never miss a beat. As a person who also works in the lab business I know what these folks deal with on a daily basis and they don't get enough credit where credit is due.
