Excellent experience every time. Went in Saturday 08/23 for the Works package on my F150. It never matters which service writer that assists you. This time for me it was Jeannine. Excellent attitude and just overall 100% great customer service. Looked up my Ford Pass points that she inquired about, and I had not realized we still had any. Timely service and even had a washed truck when I was done. It is ALWAYS worth driving past the rest to get here.

My husband had a nail in his tire. They were able to remove it and patch the tire quickly. Everyone was friendly as well!

Visited Bozard Quick Lane today for tires and an alignment. Taylor was extremly polite, professional, and the service mechanics made sure everything was done correctly before I left. Couldn't be happier with the service and highly recommend using Ed Bozard for your service needs. Thank you!

I asked to use full synthetic oil and they said ok, then after the service is completed they said they decided to us a mix of synthetic and regular and I must pay for that! I'll never go back

I had a good 10 years of excellent service from them, but over the past year or so, things have not gone well. I had my daughter take her Nissan Versa in for routine service. She ended up having to bring it back almost immediately due to multiple service issues. I recently had my SUV in for service in Dec. 2024. Oil change, tire rotation, air filter, etc... Within an hour of driving it, I started to hear a strange noise when I turned on my AC. I took it back for them to look at and it turns out they had bent the filter frame, which created a gap where things could get in. To their credit, they gave me a rental to use while they fixed it. Fast forward 4 months later, my AC started making noise. I took it to Firestone and they found that the AC blower had been put back on with the wrong screws (one had even come loose and was on the floor board) and that the filter door/cover had been broken. I hope they can get things straightened out at Quicklane, but I will not be returning.

Would like to thank Shelia who helped me yesterday in the Quick Lube facility. I had a family emergency in NC and needed to get there immediately. Got in our new truck and knew something was wrong. Pulled in explained my situation and what the truck was doing. She immediately ask a tech to go scan the truck for the code. He and I walked out got the code and he told me it would take an hr or two to fix. We walked back inside and I told her I didn't have that much time. In less than 15 minutes she had the truck checked in an me in a rental car. I was able to get my kids to NC for the funeral. Thank you Shelia for making a long couple days a lot easier yesterday.

Brittany is the best! She goes the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Very personable. Some how she can always put a smile on your face, even if all she’s got to give you is a big bill for some new tires.

So I have been using this company for two years. I overlooked them leaving the oil filter loose first off. This could have been really bad but thanks to my so noticing the oil on the driveway I was able to catch it. Then this past month I sent my other car to them and paid for the works , they didn’t even check the pressure in my tires I had to put air in my tires, they didn’t wash it like they usually do either. Now, I scheduled an appt. For them to pick up my other vehicle and that got messed up! Called 1.5 after the pick up time. On top of that the girl failed to put me down for the pickup at 8:15, so I rushed this morning to get the vehicle closer for them to pick up! So disappointed after using them this long !

Best customer service I have seen in awhile. Came in from out of town with no appointment in an emergent situation, with a battery issue. Got us in an out in a reasonable time and on our way. Great service advisors and outstanding Pit Crew.

Took my car in for an oil change and received it back with a check engine light on. This was one of several issues I noticed after getting my car serviced here, but to make a long story short I wouldn’t even recommend bringing your vehicle here for the most basic oil change.

Absolutely ridiculous to be charged $59.99 in labor to change out a battery. If I had known, I certainly would not have gone. AutoZone does it for free. Prices are too high, even overpaid for an oil change. Never again.
