Very interesting and educational. Lots of odd stuff to look at. Make sure to take your time and look at everything.

I have to give this place a pretty poor rating just on the crowdedness alone. They really need to have some management of how many people are allowed to enter at once. The entire time we went through the museum it was so incredibly crowded that you were literally waiting in a crowded line for 5-10 minutes just to see the next room.I also would say pretty much all the exhibits were just “meh”. I could see it being somewhat interesting for young kids, but for anyone older than that, the whole thing felt like a tourist trap.I would not recommend, and I will not be returning. Also, parking was almost impossible to find unless you want to pay $20+ to park in the ramp.

Awesome experience!!!A little crowded for my taste but It was a rainy day so I guess everyone was trying to find something fun to do indoors. The front desk were very attentive and nice !!!!It’s a little smaller than others I visited before but it was ok.

At the time of going, it was $23 per adult to get in. Took us *maybe* 30 minutes of walking and reading everything to be done. It really doesn't feel worth $23, maybe $10. You will need to bring coins to interact with a majority of the machines that move.It was cool to see the stuff the was showcased but I wish there was more. You would see something, go "Huh, neat", then keep walking.

A very interesting place. It's a great tourist location. Admission is a good price, pay for parking. The building is 3 levels, so prepare to do a lot of walking. The trolley leaves from this location. We didn't opt for this but will consider next time. I highly recommend and allow a full day if you want to visit other nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants.

A bit expensive for what it is but that seems to apply to almost everything these days. This is an interesting and fun interactive museum but keep in mind it is not stroller friendly. You are required to carry your stroller up and down stairs.

Lots of fun exhibits but not as big as expected, it was very interesting but not stroller accessible. An employee got mad at my family because we didn’t know the elevators were handicap only. Signs should be posted. & let it be known that if you have a stroller you will be expected to haul it up & down 3 flights of stairs. Other than that it was a great experience.

Had a blast on Ripley’s Red Train night tour in St. Augustine! ? Mike, our driver from Wisconsin, deserves a gold star for being on time and a pro at taking family pics – he’s got hidden talents! The tour kicked off with Mike’s lively tunes and hilarious jokes, making the safety advisements way more entertaining. He even stretched the tour, giving us more bang for our buck and turning us into a Happy New Year chorus. ?Mike’s NYC stories had us in stitches, especially the 30,000 steps conspiracy – watch out, Mike’s partner might be plotting something! He dished out awesome restaurant suggestions and spilled the beans on a 360 photo machine – trust me, it’s a riot! ? Just one pro tip: avoid Shirley like she’s a haunted house. Mike warned us, and he’s the tour guru. So, take the Mike route, skip Shirley, and you’re in for a rollicking St. Augustine adventure! ? #MikeIsTheMan

Let's start with the parking that you must pay for. Then the prices of the entrance fee. Not much has changed in 25yrs except for the prices. Way too high! Then inside most everything was costly. The museum did have a few interesting things. A lot of push the button to explain. Dummies stood next to the talking machine to explain what it was. You could look up the facts on the Internet. You will see things made of kitchen knives and spoons. Toothpicks, clothes pins and other things of such. A few things for the kids to interact with. Then they let you out into a store,in case you wish to buy something more pricey. I believe if you cut the price in half or more and have a ticket to put in your car that you don't have to pay for and at least 1/2 off seniors not 1/2 off at 15$ you would get more business. If I were you I would skip this tourist trap

Visited over the weekend with my son and we did the package for the museum and the red tour train with tour guide Alex and it was a 10/10 !! He was so personable and knowledgeable and made it a wonderful experience ! I recommended it to all of my friends and I will be returning as well. Thank you again H.Alex.

Majority of museum displays were of grim content. More like a haunted house, than a display of unique global collections. Even at half price for residence of St.John's county, it's not worth the experience. It's a shame because some of the items had the potential to be more informative and educational but you had to get past so many disturbing images and sounds to appreciate the good content.
