River city is amazing! I have been seeing Michael for the last year for help with lifting my cheeks and adding volume back into my face and lips, and making sure my wrinkles stay away :) After enough time I finally felt comfortable enough to trust River City for a facial and wow I was blown away! Jessica is absolutely wonderful and her bedside manner is even better. She is kind, thoughtful, caring and can bring your face back to life. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I am very happy with the services I received from Michael Spagna at River City Aesthetics (RCA). On three occasions I had wrinkle relaxer injections and cheek fillers. All three times I got great results. Before going to RCA I would always bruise badly with treatments. But I am pleased to say that when Michael does my treatments, I have had almost no bruising, and his placement of the product is perfect.
I also appreciate the fact that there is no sales pitch to get me to do more than the services I want (like the prior office I went to). Don’t get me wrong, when I asked for his thoughts on what would look good, he would give me his thoughts, but not unsolicited with the intent to upsell.
His office is clean and comfy, he offers many different services, and he sells the skin care products I use.
Michael is professional and timely, and is a kind human being. I found the aesthetic care I’ve been looking for.

I recently had a hydrafacial done by Jessica, and I am beyond impressed by the results. I had never done a hydrafacial; I am so pleased with how professional and knowledgeable Jessica is and how she made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The hydrafacial was rejuvenating, and my skin looked glowy and cleared. I was amazed at how smooth my skin felt immediately after the treatment. I also noticed that my skin texture improved, and my pores appeared smaller. Jessica was attentive to my concerns and customized the hydrafacial to address my skin issues. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone seeking esthetic services. She is experienced, professional, and has an excellent eye for detail.

And she is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me all the tips and info I needed for the right product regimen. Michael is great! He did the first session of laser hair removal on my upper lip/ chin. It was painless ( with numbing cream) and super quick. He’s very knowledgeable and detailed! I’ve seen his other work besides laser hair removal which is amazing and if you’re not going to him, you’re missing out! Thank you again!
