It’s time we start empowering and supporting our own people in ways that make us feel valued where our time, presence, and dollar are respected and appreciated. Unfortunately, I had one of the worst experiences with this business. While they are privately owned and have the right to operate as they choose, if you value how your money is received and how you're treated, I personally would not recommend supporting them.

I came in just needing to get a nail repair on my toe. Although there were three staff members present I was told nobody was available to service me and I was dismissed. Very poor customer service.

I have tried a lot of salons in the area and although the parking is diabolical, the service is the best. They are rarely busy and take time on services, the chairs are new, and they do such a good foot rub and attention to detail which I have found as a huge issue with the other salons in St. Augustine haha. Ive had the same guy every time.

Thomas was amazinggggg!! I had the best experience here at Royal Nails! He made my vision come to life with my nails, and I swear whatever foot problems I had before coming here was healed after my pedicure! 😩🙌🏽 I am visiting from out of town and couldn't have went to a better nail shop 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful shop with very friendly staff. Was in St. Augustine for work for a few days and needed my nails done. They did a great job and I highly recommend this nail salon.

Thomas is awesome. Been coming here for 6 months and I love it. Always happy with the quality and condition of my nails. Pricing is great as well.
