I visited Safelite for a crack repair, and the experience was outstanding. The service was incredibly fast—my vehicle was ready before I even finished the coffee I made after handing over my keys! Both the gentleman handling the repair and the woman at the reception were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
Exceptional speed and customer service make Safelite a top choice for auto glass repair. Highly recommend!

Please go see my Yelp review on my horrible Tesla replacement glass problem that has yet to be resolved in several months. What a disaster. They don't answer calls so you have to drive there to speak to someone!! I have Geico and when I called them to explain they said I have to deal with Safelite!!
Front desk lady in the 4 times I have been there....lukewarm at best to indifferent. I now have had 3 techs but no success!
Love how the business owner says he is sorry but doesn't offer concrete solutions for horrible service quality and doesn't say he will make it right. What a joke!

Never got my windshield replacement. Took a month of constant rescheduling with them, and every time, it was an excuse. The first time the replacement got damaged so they took it upon their self to reschedule and not just go back and get another replacement. The second time, the guy came too early from what I scheduled. I had an appointment from 12pm-5pm, and he decided to come at 8 am because two others got canceled and because of that it was raining so he couldn't replace it but around 12 pm to 5pm it wasn't raining one bit and now the third time I decided to go to a shop and I get call that my the replacement of my windshield was defective, so I would have to leave my car their for hours or guess what? RESCHEDULE!!. This is sad that I had to deal with this for over a month to never get the service I should've gotten.

Took me on time. Fairly convenient location - I drove in. Very competent staff. Told me my options; in particular, that should their efforts to repair a chip, or "star", fail and crack the entire windshield, they would replace it free-of-charge. Hard to beat ... perfect.

Had a pretty large crack on my wife’s Tahoes windshield so I scheduled a at home replacement through my insurance, today Giovanni showed up to replace the windshield and he did a phenomenal job, he was extremely professional and he took great care with my vehicle and was very meticulous, throughout the job he promptly answered any questions that I had. Would not hesitate to use Safelite again and will highly recommend anyone

It was done fairly fast however, quality is average. I ended up having a claim (scratched hood by a too), it's been 4 months since the submission and it is still not resolved. I would have not used them but my insurance company sent me there. High turnover of staff in managerial positions. I would not recommend them.

Absolutely horrible service! Do not use them! First windshield would not alow camera to calibrate, second windshield has a blur. Through the process 4 techs have worked on it and I have a huge chip in my paint. They will not return calls or touch base. I wish I never used them.
