I go here for Physical Therapy and my Therapist Shanna has helped me so much. I had a broken arm and couldn't even wash my back amongst other things. Shanna worked with me until I had the same mobility and strength I had before the accident. I would definitely recommend them.

I miss Saint Augustine, I miss Florida, I miss my old life. I'm pondering amongst memories of my old life & this gym was amazing and so was Salomon!!! He's such a cool man.
