Kevin was awesome. He understood my problem and could relate to my mistreatment from another auto repair service. He followed my card process and kept me updated. His excellent assessment of the resorts made me feel he was truly concerned thst my repairs were necessary and the process was accomplished in a timely manner. You will continue to have my business because of Kevin. Sargent’s is the only repair site for me.

Wow, what to say here. I was visiting from Phoenix, my dad’s car, he is 96 in st. Augustine, broke down. So Cecil was headed back to Phoenix in a couple days it was urgent to us to get the car fixed asap.
We had been towed in by AAA and honestly, you can never tell with mechanics, plus I am so far from home.
Sargeants came through for my dad and diagnosed the issue, ordered the new computer and installed the next day. Problem resolved.
The entire experience was excellent and they are a great team of professionals.

I just came in for the first time for oil change and tire rotation. From my understanding, they checked all my fluids and just made sure everything was working well I was very pleased. I will be back.
