Prompt service especially on New years Eve.
Forget my jacket in the shuttle and to my amazement was delivered to the hotel attendant.

Chip is AWESOME!! He 'came to my rescue' at St Augustine Distillery as I shopped too much and couldn't walk all my treasures back to my hotel. Along the way he shared tidbits of St A history with me as we passed by places of significance. Highly recommend!!

Scott provided exactly what we needed for our wedding. We had him shuttle the bridal party and our guests to downtown and he made 4 total trips in two hours which was super affordable. He helped with planning our timing and logistics of getting downtown and for him to go back for the next trip. He was punctual, friendly, and knew all the shortcuts to avoid bridge traffic which was clutch on wedding day. I highly recommend Scooter Shuttles for your event!

When we checked into our hotel we were handed there card to call. We usually stay right in town but with this being a last minute trip we stayed 2 miles away. Seems like different men answer the phone each time you call. Rude rude rudeWould not recommend.We ended up just walking back to the hotel.

Took the shuttle twice. The drivers were prompt in arriving and took me to where I needed to be, safely and expeditiously, and both were generous in giving directions on walking to nearby locations. Both shuttles were clean and comfortable. Excellent value for a moderate price. If I'm ever in St Augustine again, I will definitely be calling them for transportation.
