Unwelcoming and bad customer service. Too much stuff that looks so cheap . Fist time visiting St Augustine. The lady at the shop there kept staring disgustingly at us and that made us feel uncomfortable without asking if we needed help finding something we then left buying nothing. Found another shop and got some good stuff afterwards.

Some of the products are a little pricey- but honestly you couldn’t ask for a wider selection in person. If you know someone that likes earrings and you want to get them something, come here! Their products last a long time and their customer service has always been excellent for me.

Don’t think just GO!!!! I got my maid of honor and bridesmaids earrings here and I regret not getting a pair for myself so I WILL be back and I will be bringing my girls!! ?

Very wonderful experience, I bought a gorgeous necklace and ring from here. I noticed the chain on the necklace I bought was too short though so I came back and they gave me a linger chain at no extra charge! Very wonderful and nice employee. Definitely check it out sometime.

I got a very pretty looking hair clutch which had a metallic finish with diamonds on it. It looked fine when I bought it. As soon as I opened the packet, the entire thing broke into several pieces. This is truly disappointing since I had been looking for such a piece for very long and it cost me 14$ for it :(

I normally wouldn’t write a review of this kind of shop but the staff member that helped us was so helpful and went above /beyond to help us. Our youngest family member got a pair of earrings and he was very helpful & informative - assisting us to select the correct small /lightweight ones for her age & small ear size. Truly made it a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you

I got 3 pairs very pretty ear rings ! and keep the receipt for the address and will go back shopping again!
