I was returning something for my daughter instead of shopping for myself, but I noticed the wide variety of lingerie items. The store was attractively organized and the associates were attentive. They cared about making customers happy. I'll shop there for myself in the future.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Soma, thanks to the incredible associate, Jinky. I arrived at the store feeling pretty discouraged after being measured twice elsewhere and returning four bras that just didn’t fit. From the moment I walked in, Jinky made me feel heard and supported.
Finding the right fit was definitely a challenge, and I had to try on several bras. But Jinky was patient, persistent, and determined to help me find exactly what I needed. She truly went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and encouragement throughout the process.
In the end, I left with three bras that fit perfectly and make me feel confident. I couldn’t be happier! Jinky turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive and empowering one. Thank you, Jinky, for your exceptional service and dedication—you made my day!
Highly recommend Soma, especially if you get to work with someone as amazing as Jinky!

So lady who works there basically kicked us out, in 1 minute after stepping in,
When she saw we had kid we got automatic disqualification I guess
Maybe also we did not fit her standards somehow,
We, including kid, looked clean and presentable, nobody was lout or disruptive,
But obviously something was not up to lady’s standards

After weeks of looking for the right bra for my daughter in more than one state, we stopped by Soma. Outlet while visiting my mom. Crystal was a huge help. She showed us about cup structure and we actually found one that fit. Finally. Thank you. Crystal is the best.
