The employees at this sprint store were very friendly and professional! They will get you in and out pretty quickly and have answers to the questions you ask if you want good service I recommend this location. Daniella upgraded my old phone and backed up all of my previous apps, photos, etc and helped me pick out a new case she was patient with all of my questions and she was also really friendly and funny

Deyonce helped me fix the issue with my phone. The phone is back todoing aame thing everyday. It really stibks...the LGV . tereible phone. Going to get rid of it next month.

Seems everytime I am in there the computers dont work and the plans never cost what they said it would by the time you get the bill.

Not happy when you have someone forge a signature on a contract. Especially when one cant even spell the name correctly. Sad to say this but they lost a long time customer, and would never reccomend going here for any of your wireless needs

I've been a customer since 2015. Today I had major issues with your store. Called before I went in about upgrading and trading in my old phone (cracked) was told it was a $229 fee for returning a broken phone, no big deal I wanted a new iPhone, so I would pay it. When I got there I was told If I was to spend $320 I would buy myself out my contract and they would take my phone for $150 I told them I didn't want to do that I wanted to spend $229 like I was told. He pulls up my account and says I need a $200 deposit on top of the $229... but he'll replace my deposit if I get accessories for $150. I get the bill for $320, come to find out he bought out my old phone and used the $150 for accessories. On the last page of the receipt it says $0 deposit needed... I have accessories I don't want or need. I told him I wanted to pay $150 to cancel a line no longer being used on my plan and he says. “You're already billed for it this month, just call some other time.â€

Zero customer service here! This location doesn't care about customer support and only looking to sell you phones and plans.....they even had the gall to try and upsell me after having billing issues they would not help me with. If you buy anything from this store, you are literally on your own the moment you walk out the door.

This store is not a Corporate store. They will not help you if you need anything done with Sprint as a Corporate to switch out a phone that was broken from the start of getting the contract and getting the phone.

Chris at Sprint in St. Augustine told me I would get 250$ gift card for switching my husbands phone from AT&T to sprint...but he told me I had to spend 100$ to get the card however. He said he had a family to feed when I complained about spending extra on random things I didn’t need (wireless charger, pop socket for my phone and phone case) to get the 250$ promotion! Sounds like my extra money was going right into his bonus for the month if you ask me!!! 2 months goes by and

I recently went in to see if i could save money buy switching to Sprint and Delvon was awesome. He did a great job explaining everything and he made sure i was able to get the best deals. I love my new phone and i was able to get phones for my children as well. They had some great deals and I'm glad i made the switch.

I walked into this store because of an issue I was having after purchasing a new tablet. These gentleman stayed with me passed their scheduled shifts on 01/26/19 and passed the stores closing hours to make sure I was taken care of. I don't like going into a store near closing due to obvious reasons. The reason for this visit main customer service number gave me some false information (which I found out later) and required me to go into a store to verify something. (This was also after my local store refused to help me as well) (Also I have been dealing with this issue since before 6:30 and it is now after 9:30. )That said it wasn't needed and I am all set. I am very pleased with how this store acted toward me and my cause compared to both customer service and my local store which is on wells road in Jacksonville FL. It's a tad ironic how a 3rd party franchise can assist their customers better than a corporate store. I recommend only going to a corporate store if you have to.

Fantastic staff! These people will bend over backwards to get you the best deal possible. So incredibly helpful. They won't pressure you into getting the most expensive phone, either. They actually want you to get what you want at the best price/deal they can offer. Customer service when you call in is also amazing. I won't switch carriers.

Garrett is a great guy with tons of integrity. He will educate the costumer with all the best deals which allowed me to pick and choose the services and products I needed!!! I highly recommend anyone needing a new phone or any phone products he is the guy to go to.

Mr. Fenderson is the best. I was apprehensive about getting a new phone and with his patience I went for it. He was 100% correct. I am going back to upgrade my son's. His guidance is well respected and earned. Thank you.
