Top notch vet experience! Dr. Schmidt and his staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. There is an incredibly familial feel to this place, which I appreciated. Also noteworthy is the efficacy with which they tended to and treated my fur baby. I was in and out in a timely manner and wasn’t met with any outrageous expenses. Will definitely be back here and would highly recommend this practice.

I am so thankful for this clinic. They got my dog (Panzer) in quickly and got him on meds. Dr. Jack explained things well and the staff were very nice and friendly. Panzer is now home resting peacefully and hopefully feeling better soon after some meds.

Great place staff was helpful and caring and they don't kill you on price. My kingy has had a few ear issues and he needs shots so I'm gonna take him in for happy hour. Where shots are half price. Very nice people kind and caring.

They are great!! No wonder why they were voted as best in Saint Augustine .
We were looking for vet where it feels home-like. And this is it! We brought our cat for some digestive issues , chipping, couple injections. They were quick ( we were in and out) and everyone is super nice and kind . They are LGBTQ friendly too - which gives them an additional extra point ?

Dr. Jack is very kind and patient with my two mini golden doodles. My youngest golden doodle (who is VERY clingy) was vomiting and I could not get her to stop. I called Dr. Jack and he got her right in, gave her a shot and some different food and she was fine. He calmed mine and her nerves! I also have worked with several of the other vets and they are all phenomenal!

I really, really appreciate everything they have done for our cats through the years! Thank-you for your recent help! Dr. Jack really has a caring heart for animals and is a skilled animal surgeon. The staff and Manager Terry are very helpful and caring. One time our cat was totally ate up with fleas and wounds from scratching and Dawn informed me about Capstar, which kills fleas for 24 hours. It gave our cat relief and I was able to find the source of the infestation and the cat was able to recover. Dr. Doug gave her cortisone shots and that helped as she aged. Also I appreciate that they discuss treatments for your pets and give you estimates of the costs before receiving treatment. Thanks again!
