Chris and his wife Tiffany run an auto shop you would feel comfortable sending your own mother to. Extremely knowledgeable (other shops in the area couldn't even provide a quote or locate the parts needed), fair pricing, and quick service (the one other quote I was able to obtain needed my truck for at least 2 days). Highly recommend and will be back as needed for future repairs!

Friendly, prompt, and quality service! Had a recurring issue with the MAF sensor in my car that a different shop could not diagnose and simply replaced with cheap, faulty parts.
This shop had my car done within the day and repaired with quality parts! This will be my new go to for auto repair.

Chris and his team took great care of my 2002 Lexus Sc430.
I had an intermittent engine light come on and he determined with codes and driving it l had a catalytic converter issue. He replaced all 3 and the sensors at a very fair price and l am extremely thankful to have found such a great place to take my favorite car to. We discussed the job in detail and l was given great advice and workmanship.
I understand he is credentialed to do many services for many automobile makes and models.
I have full confidence in him and his team.
As a technical RN who is retired and car person l highly recommend St Augustine Auto Repair for your automotive needs.
Everyone there actually cared and had pride in their work!
I have owned many high performance vehicles in past and understand excellent service and trust.
I plan to keep my Lexus Sc430 until the “wheels” fall off and thanks to Chris and his team this is an actual goal!

Highly highly recommend St. Augustine Auto Repair. My son is there for college and of course days before classes and his job starts his car died. He was upset and panicking. He was told it was his alternator and we were quoted over $1,000 from two different mechanic shops in the area. Not only did they quote us almost $300 for the alternator they called us back to tell us the other shop was mistaken (or lying) and it was just his battery. Saved us $500 and my son’s car was ready and fixed in 15 minutes. Honest, reliable, respectable and 1000% highly recommend. I cannot thank them enough.

These guys are amazing! We had to have our timing belt fixed along with motor mount, & then a few weeks later our AC went out too, they fixed it by the end of the day each time. They are great people & the prices are really good too!

Had to visit St. Augustine Auto Repair when our transmission mount bolts snapped in two. One of those things that don't typically happen. Chris fit us right in on a busy Friday afternoon. He was quick, honest and efficient. Sent me pictures of the issue and was patient with me as we worked through the details of my warranty. I will definitely come back when I am in need of any type of repairs.

My 18 year old son drove his car from SC to FL with one quart of oil in it (ugh). It stalled and needed to be towed to a repair shop. I told my son that since he had gotten himself in this mess, he would have to get out of it. He called this shop and they immediately got it in to look at it. They could have lied and said it needed a new transmission or new engine but were incredibly honest and only charged him $600 to put in a new valve cover gasket and changed the oil. It worked perfectly back to SC. Dalton was the one who worked on my son's car and Chris is the owner. I pray that God will bless them in an extra special way for helping my son with a very difficult situation and not overcharging him. I called Dalton to thank him. He was so humble. In a world where so many people rip you off, it is refreshing to find individuals who don't do that. If I could give Chris and Dalton 100 stars I would. Great job.

This shop is great, I unfortunately did not catch the owners name but I believe his name was Chris. I’m bad with names. From the first call I could tell he was a genuine honest guy. They did a transmission flush and filter change on my 2018 Silverado 5.3 6l80. Not only did he do a great thorough job and send me photos of the old fluid in the pan but he also advised me to come back by for a free check/top off after a short break in period. Very knowledgeable, great price far cheaper than anyone else that quoted me, he clearly has nothing but 5 star reviews for a reason. If you have issues especially with a GM vehicle this is the place to go. Excellent communication and service, and a very quick turnaround. He even did a full transmission swap on my buddies identical truck and he has been loving it with zero issues to report. Fantastic experience and I will be returning EVERY time I don’t feel like/have time to be doing something on my truck. Thanks for taking care of my truck guys.
