Nothing feels “premium” about this outlet. Poor landscaping, building facade and parking lines are all faded. Lack of gathering space. Hopefully the new development plans are drawing inspiration from other successful outlets like Tampa’s premium outlets.

I always go there when I’m in the area. Some stores are amazing with really good prices. Not all, but sometimes you have to be lucky ? and find something really good at an incredibly price.

You can find deals and what you are looking for. It's worth the drive as you can run out of options quick in Jacksonville. There is some additional variety and outlet prices.

Nice Location and plenty of parking spaces, one thing that I love and many will appreciate it is the fact that isn't inside a mall and too cloudy, the access from Store to Store is through walking outside of the mall.
There are many famous brands out there with many options for you shop around included eletric charges for your car willing you make your shop.
Very good environment for having a good time looking at your favorite names.
