James Brown, not the singer/songwriter and dancer, but the rocking real estate agent, performed superbly for our family, selling our condominium in record time at a great price for us! From initial listing to closing, James did a great job navigating through all of the hurdles for us as well as the buyer. I highly recommend James for any real estate needs in the St Augustine area!

Wow! We had two investment units at the Florida Club and were referred to SA Realty by our property manager. James and Janice took care of everything and sold both units, at reasonable prices, incredibly fast - as we requested. They are very familiar with not only the area but also the people and businesses in the town and county. Always responsive and informed. We are extremely happy we chose SA Realty.

My husband and I recently used St. Augustine Realty to find a vacation rental for our honeymoon and I have nothing but good things to say! The cottage was clean and exactly what we were looking for. I’ve rented 4 homes through St. Augustine realty in the past 8-10 years. I have always been impressed with their professionalism and rentals. I recently just moved into another one of their rentals and couldn’t be happier. When I rent from them, I know I’m walking into a solid, clean, nice home and can depend on them to always be straight forward, helpful and present when needed. You don’t have to worry about random drop ins or people entering your home without consent. If there’s something you’re not happy with, they will fix it within reason. Before moving into my new home, it got all new maintenance, fresh paint and the carpets were professionally cleaned. I’ve never had any issues renting from them.Service request have always been handled immediately and efficiently. My deposit has always been returned or transferred to the next rental - as long as you leave the home in the same shape you got it. The rental market is a dog eat dog world and it’s refreshing to know you can trust someone in times like this. I will continue to rent from them over anyone else. The peace of mind is worth it.
