I would give them more stars if I could. My cat wasn’t in a life or death situation but more of an extreme dental pain and I took her in around 10pm one night. All the staff was so caring and kind to everyone there. The vet that saw my kitty was so kind and gentle. I wish I remembered her name but she was great. They even called a couple days after to check on her which I thought was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend.

This place is wonderful. My parent's elderly large dog went into respiratory distress. We got her to SARVEC and the staff assisted to get her out of the vehicle and took her back immediately. There were 5 of us and soon after we got there we were taken to a private room with our dog that was calm, quiet, comforting. They had gotten an IV in and put her on oxygen for comfort. We were allowed to be with our precious pet and tell her goodbye. Dr. Gomez came in and compassionately and gently administered the euthanasia and we were with our dog wen she passed. My parents elected to have her cremated. SARVEC put her ashes in a beautiful engraved wooden box. There was a card with her paw prints and also a card signed by the staff expressing condolences. It was just so kind and thoughtful. They are angels when we need them the most. On a practical note, the cost was reasonable and the cremation was cheaper than at the regular vet where we had another pet cremated a few years ago. I hope SARVEC stays in our community forever! Thank you!

Excellent ER with great staff. From reception to techs to attending veterinarian, everyone was pleasant, friendly and compassionate. Thanks to their talents my cat was able to get the care he needed within my budget. Highly recommend!

My Papi got so sick, it was sudden and horrible. Couldn't walk , stiff and very reactive to all stimulus. Oh and it was in the middle of the night of hurricane Helena, last night. Thank God for these wonderful caring doctors and staff. They also have a platform where you can donate for animals with specials needs and can't afford it. I'm donating next week.

I want to Thank SARVEC for the l Ioving care they gave our Kash Kitty in his last moment. My husband and I appreciate everything you all gave to us. The beautiful card and the urn, paw print, and some of Kash’s fur was the most amazing gift.

Our sweet Avery rose had to cross the bridge tonight unexpectedly and I could not have asked for better care than we received this phenomenal emergency vet hospital. Everyone there cared only about her comfort and ours. Highly highly recommend this emergency veterinary Clinic.

Our senior boy was unfortunately given a cancer diagnosis in May this year and we knew we likely had limited time left with him. His health quickly declined one night and we took him to SARVEC knowing he was going to gain his angel wings.
We didn't know what to expect coming here but we were so pleased with the care that we all received that night. My husband and I were both an emotional wreck over losing our boy.
From the vet who helped him cross the rainbow bridge to the receptionist, everyone was so compassionate, kind, and professional. We truly felt as if they loved Decker like we did.
We received his cremation and paw print today and we couldn't be more happy with his memorial.

Took our dog here late one weekend night and we were impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. They did well to explain everything they were testing and working on with our pup along with charges, being receptive to all of the questions we had.

Our dear Fred became ill very quickly on a Sunday night. The staff at St Augustine Emergency Veterinary were so helpful, first over the phone, then when we went in, . We were checked in quickly and he was taken back for evaluation. Sadly he passed within 20-30 minutes of arriving. We were in shock but really moved by the care the entire team gave to him and us. The whole team was with him when he passed and were so kind and supportive to my husband and me. We received a lovely card from them a few days later, which was more than we got from our regular vet after they were notified of his passing (we have been with them for over fifteen years)
I don’t know the name of the vet on duty but she was spectacular.

My son’s dog had a dilated pupil and was squinting so we brought him to this ER. Of course, being an ER, there was a long wait. I actually thought they had forgotten about us once we were in a room. However, they did not. Sadly, a pup came in and was in terrible shape and did not make it. The staff seemed truly sad about the situation. They were all so kind and compassionate. It’s important to remember that they are seeing and going through traumatic things working in the ER.
The vet took excellent care of my son’s pup and his eye has healed. We are grateful for their kindness and expertise.

My dog went in with a life threatening situation and they were all wonderful . He had emergency surgery , with DR. Aman , and is now recovering beautifully . I cannot thank all the people there for their support and caring nature .... It is a wonderful facility .

Our poor Halo had some severe GI issues yesterday that warranted an emergency trip. Staff were incredibly friendly and very understanding of Halo puking in the waiting room multiple times. They mopped it up and never made it feel like an inconvenience. We were seen quickly and the vet who took care of us was fantastic. Younger gentleman (I'll need to edit this with his name). I was very concerned with price as previously for an emergency obstruction surgery elsewhere we felt taken advantage of. That was NOT THE CASE here. They only did what was necessary and the cost was very reasonable for emergency care at midnight. Honestly it shocked me how low it was. Halo came home and slept really well. Woke up in good spirits and ate a little food. I am so thankful we came in last night and were able to ease her discomfort. Thank you!!

The staff was responsive, kind and very informative after our Westie escaped the house, ran into the road and got hit by a golf cart. Luckily, our Westie only got bruised and some road rash and appears to be on his way to a full recovery. I can’t thank the staff enough. For after-hours emergencies, they are top notch.
